Two Tails Grooming Salon is a dog grooming salon in Thiensville, WI that provides luxury services while focusing on skin and coat health essential to a dogs wellbeing. We strive to provide an environment that is safe, clean, and stress-free, and Two Tails is looking for an upbeat, driven, hardworking individual to join our close-knit team.

Job Responsibilities:
-Warmly greet customers
-Communicate and educate the customers about policies and check-in protocol
-Process transactions and purchase receipts
-General knowledge of retail products and providing recommendation to clients
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salon
-Manage answering the phone and returning messages
-Inform customers about services provided at the salon
-Obtain and update customer records with contact information
-Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including peak times
-Dedication to great customer service
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
-Manage inventory and retail
-Maintain social media presence such as creating posts and taking pictures
-Assist groomers when needed

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM, and Saturday from 9AM to 3PM. The weekday work schedule is flexible, but we do require that you work Saturdays from 9am-3pm.

Murphalicious 😁

We are requiring that you meet with a trainer after adopting.

Murphy is a 2.5 year old, 40lb bearded collie. We know he’s super cute & fluffy!
Murphy came to us because he has some issues socializing properly with people he doesn’t fully know. He has shown that he does not like when someone he’s not fully acquainted with grabs at his leash or collar. This is something manageable with proper introduction and socialization with others.
You will have to respect Murphy’s boundaries and go at his speed. Understand some situations just may not be comfortable for him. This is okay, Murphy is kennel trained. Which means he wouldn’t mind just staying home, taking a nap. He also is very territorial when in a home. This is why we are requiring that you meet with Jessiffany Canine Services, LLC to learn how to properly correct/handle these obstacles with Murphy. Murphy has warmed up to staff quite easily. He has shown that he is extremely playful and sweet. The dog park is one of his favorite hobbies. As well as fetch and walks.
When first meeting Murphy, he may be a little wary of you. It will probably take a few meet & greets, for you to no longer be a stranger to him. We promise he is worth the effort.

Come and visit Murphy any Tuesday or Thursday from 12-7. As well as Saturdays from 12-4.

Hello all,

On Tuesday, our computer failed, and we lost all of the data associated with the software program that we were using for scheduling and client info. Luckily, we have been in the process of switching over to a new cloud based system, and a majority of the appointments were switched over, but any changes or new appointments that were made within the past 2-3 weeks, were wiped clean.

If you have made or rescheduled an appointment with us within the past couple of weeks, can you please let us know when your appointment is so that we can ensure that it is scheduled in our new system?
