I ran out of Rush and Jenny’s Viva Raw and am waiting for a shipment in a couple of days. No problem! I whipped up a nice cooked recipe for them - Turkey, quinoa, kale, apples. Topped with a sardine, medicinal mushrooms and supplements to balance the diet.🐾❤️ link to IVI supplement in comments below.

Change your pet's life this Thanksgiving. Use your leftover turkey carcass to make a nourishing bone broth for them! Bone broth is a longevity superfood and helps with digestion, supports their joints, strengthens their immune system and can help with anxiety.

Simple Bone Broth Recipe

• One small turkey carcass (3 – 4 # of bones and meat)
• Vegetables – 2-3 carrots cut up, 2-3 celery stalks, 1 parsnip (No onions)
• 1/3 cup Braggs organic apple cider vinegar

Put the ingredients in a crock pot and cover with filtered or spring water. Cook for 12-24 hours on LOW then using a strainer, strain the broth and remove and save the meat and veggies for topping your pet's food. Don’t give the cooked bones to your pets.

Pour into glass Ball jars or BPA free ice cube trays. Refrigerate up to a week or store in the freezer. Mix bone broth with each meal or offer by itself.
Amount to give your dog or cat : Large Dog– ½ cup/day, Medium Dog– 1/4 cup/day, Small Dog or Cat– 1/8 cup/day.

Why do we see so many sick pets?

In 2019, the FDA stated:

“we do not believe that the use of diseased animals or animals that died otherwise than by slaughter to make animal food poses a safety concern…”
