Kuma ( ZAC's Mission - No Akitas in Puppy Mills)
Kuma comes to us from a large scale commercial kennel after they were done with him as a stud dog . This big super happy and friendly boy makes me smile everyday . Kuma loves people, loves to play , loves toys and loves affection ♥️
Kuma is about 7-8 years old . He is a bull in a China closet lol
Probably best as an only pet however he doesn’t bother any of the other dogs . He just doesn’t want any strange dogs up in his face. Understandable.
And we respect that . This is a big powerful goof ball
He is going to need work on leash which we will start here . Can you open your heart and home to such a big happy loving boy ?

Taz is a 5-6 month old male puppy who is searching for his forever home . Taz already knows how to walk on leash , and has master sit and give paw ♥️ This puppy is a love bug ! He is very calm and focused.
Taz loves his toys, loves people and can live in a home with a nice female dog. Taz has been properly cat tested too and did well . Considering bringing a pup into your home ? Keep in mind the energy level , training commitment and years of care that go along with raising a puppy into a well rounded adult . I had to share this …. This family lost their female akita they adopted after many years from one of our sister Akita rescue groups . They are long time friends and volunteers also . After losing their precious girl ( RAIR) they decided to adopt a pup this time around . Their daughter was completely crushed after losing her best friend ….Mom and dad drove from Scranton Pa to BEAR in NJ while their daughter was in school / Horse back riding lesson . This just made me cry …. The surprise and joy she gives upon first seeing her new best friend is priceless

Willow has really come out of her shell . Thank you to her awesome foster home , who has done a amazing job desensitizing her and working to socialize her in new environments . I am so grateful !!
Willow came to us shut down originally from a PA commercial breeding facility . With the help of several
rescue friends Willow was secured and safe.
Willow came to us in need of socialization . She would completely pancake when approached by new people or put in a new environment … That was then .
Today she is able to walk down a busy street , get belly rubs and is much much happier 🙂
Willow is very dog tolerant ! However no small pets would be best . She is a gentle soul that needs a home with a gentle touch . Interested in this gem ?
