I specialize working with problem horses, starting horses, finishing them in western speed events, trail, low level dressage, 'bomb-proofing' horses, and western pleasure. I have 13 years of experience with horses; seven as a professional trainer. I believe each horse is different and as such there is no one correct 'method' that works for every single horse.However, most of my training is what is

considered today 'natural horsemanship' style.I believe respect in the saddle starts on the ground. I also offer horse back riding lessons. Both in English and Western styles of riding. I offer from beginner to intermediate and from 3 years old up. I train out of my husband's and my 20 ranch in Oskaloosa KS. Refrences available upon request. Prices:
Riding Lessons- $30 an hour
30 Day Training- $450 a month if you provide feed/hay
$550 a month if i provide feed/hay

Our Story

Libertas Equine Services is here to meet all your training needs. We specialize in c**t starting(english and western), problem horses, trail horses, barrel/pole horses, obstacle horses and foxhunting. We believe each horse is different and as such there is no one correct 'method' that works for every single horse. However, most of our training is what is considered today 'natural horsemanship' style. We believe respect in the saddle starts on the ground. For c**t starting it is a 30 day evaluation or 90 day minimum. We also strive to work with both you and your horse so there is a smooth transition when your horse comes home. We love to have you actively involved in their training all the way through. We want to help you reach your goals both as a rider and as their owner. We also offer horse back riding lessons. Both in English and Western styles of riding. I offer from beginner to intermediate. References available upon request. Located @ BlackJack Creek Ranch in Topeka KS.
