Are you ready for the birding adventure of a lifetime? The Chiricahua Mountains of southeastern Arizona are world-famous for their biological diversity and is a paradise for birders.

Join us for three full days exploring different elevation habitats as we search for great birds on this overnight trip, led by expert birder Jeff Babson, owner of Sky Island Tours. Among our targets will be the Mexican Chickadee, Elegant Trogon (pictured), Montezuma Quail, Painted Redstart and Red-faced Warbler. We will also do some owling at night and set up a blacklight to see what insects we can attract. The tour is all-inclusive, covering three meals a day, lodging, and transportation from Tucson.

Trip Dates: June 3-5, 2024
Prices begin at $900 per adult for double occupancy lodging, $950 per adult for single occupancy. There are also triplex rooms available for extra cost.

Excited to welcome another local business to Tubac! Daniela and her team at Sonora Mía Restaurante are amazing and we are looking forward to trying the items on their delicious menu. 🙌🏼🥂

Join us in celebrating the grand opening of Sonora Mía Restaurante, located in Plaza Entrada, on Wednesday, May 15th, from 8 am to 4 pm, as Daniela serves up a delicious array of breakfast and lunch options. From pancakes to Huevos Rancheros for breakfast, and cheeseburgers to Camarones Rancheros for lunch, there's something for everyone!
