Flock of Indian Runners south of Philly. year and a half old from mypetchicken. Two Black ducks two Blue ducks and one Blue Drake. They produce Black Blue and SILVER, Offspring. There’s one extra female with a grey body and white neck that was purchased as a duckling at auction this summer that is included in the flock. Anyway I need to make space for my geese so I have had to serve these silly little buggers with an eviction notice. 😔 PM me.

Sad day on the homestead. We lost our beloved free range chicken, Letty, to a fox this morning.

Pretty excited about then garden this spring… gets bigger every year now that we’ve put in the cattle panels I can grow winter squash for the first time, hope they do well.

Shiny little black marbles will be ready to roll to a new 🏠 on Feb 21st. This litter ended up with 4 solid blacks, 2 boys 2 girls together with three black otters 2 boys 1 girl. Great Otter lineage in their pedigrees.

New members of the farm today… out of 18 mystery turkey eggs purchased at an auction out of season. We hatched out two little ones although still unsure what breed they are… waiting for so face book advice to help me identify them.
