We are two Veterinarians practicing in Vero Beach, FL. We are now open!

The mission of Dr. Dan’s Animal Hospital is to provide the highest quality veterinary medicine and ultimately to improve the quality of life for pets in the Vero Beach community. We believe that a fully informed, friendly staff and quality time with the doctors is essential to providing this care for our patients and clients. Informing and educating clients of their pet’s health status gives our clients the knowledge to make informed decisions on behalf of their pet’s best interest.

Jinx is looking for a new home due to an unforeseen move across the country. Below is a description from his mom.

“Meet Jinx (Mink, verbally), a 5-year-old male gray tabby with a unique personality! Jinx has some anxiety and thrives best as an only kitty or with just one sibling. Though he's been around various animals, he prefers a quiet, stable home where he can form a close bond with his (preferably adult) person. His playmate now is my 7 year old German Shepherd, whom he’s grown up with since I brought him into my life. Jinx tends to warm up more quickly to women but can learn to trust anyone who invests time and effort in him.
This charming chunky boy is very food motivated and knows a few commands like "sit," "off," and "no." He responds eagerly to the shake of a treat bag and has a surprising love for greens—collard greens and arugula are his favorites! While Jinx has some behavioral quirks, with proper care and patience, he’ll be a wonderful addition to the right home.”

These two cats are urgently looking for adopters or fosters! After an unexpected medical diagnosis, these cats’ owner has to move to an assisted living facility and can no longer care for them. Laverne (dark face and long hair) is a spayed female, Balinese mix who is chipped and current on her vaccines. She is about 11 years old and declawed on the front. Shirley (orange tabby) is also about 11 years old, declawed in the front, spayed, chipped and current on vaccines. While they would enjoy being placed together, it is not necessary.
