We wanted to give a special shoutout to our summer intern! This is Bryce Petersen, also known as Intern BP. He is going into his senior year at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and majoring in Agricultural Business. Bryce worked on developing and researching products. He also worked trade shows with our team to enhance his marketing business skills. This was Bryce's third year being part of the Reproduction Provisions crew!

Reproduction Provisions, LLC acquires 100% of ITSI, Inc in Princeton, Ontario Canada.

Reproduction Provisions, LLC owned by Rick and Debra Schoenbeck, is a leading supplier of artificial breeding equipment and supplies in the North American livestock and companion animal industry. Founded in 1999 as ITSI Provisions LLC, the company focused on the swine artificial insemination supply market. The company further expanded to include all other livestock species in 2011, as it started the assembly and manufacturing of private labeled products made in the USA.

ITSI, Inc was started in 1992 by Jim Penders. Jim developed and serviced products for the Canadian swine AI market. In the past decade, ITSI enhanced the product line by adding products for AI and Embryo transfer to their line up which were sourced from Reproduction Provisions. Jim Penders was instrumental in helping start ITSI Provisions with us in the USA to service the swine market.

Both companies have worked closely in the past on product warehousing, availability and logistics, the acquisition will now allow for the merging of the product lines, management and operations to more effectively and efficiently serve our customers in Canada.

All customers and clients of Reproduction Provisions LLC and ITSI, Inc will continue to work with the same outstanding staff in both companies. Betty Colbran will continue to manage office and warehouse operations for the new Reproduction Provisions Canada Inc.

The company anticipates moving into a new warehouse facility in Woodstock, Ontario by December 1, 2021. The Canadian phone number will continue to be (519) 458-4856 while a new email address has been established at [email protected] for ordering and customer service.
