Every pet is special to us, and we pride ourselves in catering to their uniqueness. Our state of the art facility in Watertown enables us to provide the best care for your pet. However, it is the dedication, experience, and compassion of our staff that makes pet owners choose Toureen for their pet’s every need. Premium Dog Boarding in the main kennel includes a spacious and clean kennel. Each dog

is provided with a bed and access to water at all times. In addition, to insure a healthy boarding environment:
* Kennels are cleaned and disinfected daily (or more often if needed)
* Bedding is washed daily
* Air is fresh and filtered with appropriate temperature control
* Soothing classical music plays in kennels
* Every dog is taken out at least 3 times per day

Small Dog boarding rate: $37 per calendar day
Medium Dog boarding rate: $38 per calendar day
Large Dog boarding rate: $39 per calendar day
Suite boarding rate: $65 per calendar day (includes river walks, one-on-one playtime, an extra large room, and a luxury bed)
Cat boarding rate: $21 per calendar day (includes two play times in our indoor cat gym per day)
If boarding 3 pets, the lowest priced pet is 50% off. If boarding 4 pets, the lowest priced pet is free. Toureen Pet Resort and Spa has designed every step of the pet grooming process to limit stress and promote the health of your pet. Our groomers are experienced in all styles of hair cutting, and will groom to your exact specifications. Some of the services available include:

Hello and thank you for boarding your pet with us!

The cost for overnight boarding is $69 per night per pet in the main boarding area and $95 per night per pet in the Suite Area, plus a peak time surcharge of $10 per night per pet during holidays and school vacation periods. Check out our website for specific dates.

There is a $45 daycare charge for pets picked up after our checkout time which is 12 noon.

There is a $100 deposit requirement to book Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday reservations.

All deposits taken for Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings are non refundable after 11/21/22 for Thanksgiving, and 12/10/22 for Christmas.

If you are bringing your own food:

Please bag your pet’s food individually by meal and do not label them by day or date.
Or,
measure out enough food for your pet’s stay and bring it in an appropriately sized container, with not more than 2 extra day’s worth of meals. We will not be able to accept over sized dog food bags or containers.

There will be a $3 per day charge for adding owner provided items to the dry food other than canned pet food. (IE. yogurt, pumpkin, raw diet, fruit, vegetables, chicken, broth etc.)

There is a $3 charge for raw diets.

We provide bedding so we will not be accepting individual beds and blankets from customers (except those boarding in the Suites.)

You may bring 2 toys from home.

All vaccination requirements must be completed before arrival. We no longer able to make appointments for pets to be updated at MAMC during their stay.

Please provide the original prescription containers for all medications.

Do not put meds in food.

Please notify us about any changes in prescriptions or medical conditions before drop off, as the changes might prevent us from boarding your pet.
