Meet Shiloh, Miles, and Poppy! šŸ¾šŸ’•

These adorable kittens stopped by for a check-up today. At approximately 4 weeks old, they were recently rescued by one of our wonderful clients and are currently receiving the much needed care and attention these growing kittens needed.

While they’re not quite ready for adoption yet, they will be looking for loving forever homes in the near future. If you’re interested in giving one of these sweet babies a home, please reach out to us and we’ll connect you with their current caretaker.

Please share to help these little ones find their perfect families! šŸ”šŸ±

Help us Celebrate National Kids and Pets Day!

This day is a celebration of the special bond between children and their furry, feathered, scaled or other pet companions 🐾

From teaching responsibility and empathy to providing comfort, laughter, and unconditional love, pets play an important role in a child’s life. These relationships often become some of the most meaningful and memorable parts of growing up.

We’d love to hear from you! Share your stories and photos of the pets who bring joy and companionship to the kids in your life. Let’s celebrate the lessons, love, and lifelong memories that come from this incredible bond šŸ’›

P.S. this is Dr. Diem's daughter with their Great Dane, Sally, and now full grown cat, Mira.

Dental care isn’t just a human thing—our pets need it too 🐾

By the age of 3, most dogs and cats already show signs of dental disease, even if they’re still eating normally and acting like themselves. And that ā€œjust dog breathā€? It’s often an early warning sign of something more.

The dental cleanings we perform are much more than what you might expect. It involves full anesthesia so your pet stays comfortable and still, allowing us to safely clean above and below the gumline, take dental X-rays, and fully evaluate each tooth. Throughout the procedure, your pet’s vital signs are closely monitored by our trained team every step of the way.

Routine dental care helps prevent pain, infection, and more serious health issues that can affect the heart, liver, and kidneys—and with the right care, many of these problems are preventable.

If your pet’s smile could use a check-up, we’re here to help keep those tails wagging and purrs going strong 🦷✨

Some days take a turn—emergencies, complex cases, or unexpected surprises that keep us on our toes. Not everything goes according to plan, and that’s just part of the reality in Vet Med.

But in between these moments of chaos, there’s room to laugh, to support each other, and to find those small wins that make it all worthwhile. A smile, a shared joke, a patient doing better than expected—those moments matter.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about everything going perfectly. It’s about showing up, rolling with it, and finding the joy anyway.
