Yes the water is dirty, we was just filling them up, the pups are dirty so it happens. We have changed out the water multiple times throughout the day & in between different dogs playing in it so don’t come at us we’re just trying to let the pups have fun!!! & that they did 🙂

Attention Customers!
We will be making some changes that will be effective immediately. If you have any questions feel free to message us or give us a call.

1: For grooming if you do not show up or call you will be charged 1/2 of the grooming price which must be paid before we make you another appointment.

2: We close at 5:00, any dogs not picked up by 5:10 will be boarded. We always call multiple times before 5:00 so we will try our best to get in contact with you before leaving. (if we can't get ahold of you & we do board your dog we will take it out to use the bathroom & make sure it has water & is comfortable before we leave) You will be responsible for paying the boarding fee.

3: We will no longer be doing the 8th night is free for boarding.

Sorry for all the changes, we are just so busy & were trying to make everything fair for everyone (customers & employees). When you don't show up for your groom that is a 3-4 hour time slot that the groomer doesn't have anything to do if they can't find someone else to come in. Groomers get paid on commission so if you don't show up they don't get paid.
We hope everyone understand our new rules

This is a friendly reminder to call your vet & get your dog(s) medicine if they are scared of fireworks, get the tv's ready to be turned on & volume up high to help block out the noise, get your leashes ready to walk your dog even if they usually listen so they don't get scared & run away! Imagine having no idea what a fire work is, you would be scared to!
!!Help your pets be as comfortable this 4th of July as possible!!!
