Teach your children to RESPECT all dogs.

Here are some things to teach your little ones:

•Always approach dogs slowly and calmly.
•Don't bother dogs when they're eating or sleeping.
•Never pull dogs' ears, tails, or other body parts.
•Don't tease dogs.
•Dogs aren't ponies. Do not let your child climb or ride your canine friend.
•Don't approach dogs that you don't personally know.
•Always ask for permission before petting someone elses dog.
•Teach them about a dog's body language and vocal communication.

Your little one must understand that any dog can bite, including large and small breeds. Respecting our animals is not only for our safety but it's the right thing to do.
Like with everything, always supervise your children when playing with any animal.

This guy has the right idea🥵

Florida has been having some real hot weather lately. Keep your dog safe by limiting exercise on hot days.
Exercise in the early morning or evening hours. Walk your dog in the grass if possible, to avoid hot surfaces burning their paws. If your dog is outside, make sure they have access to shade and plenty of cool water.
