Good Agtrrnoon Everyone! The Posse December show is live and ready for entries!
A few friendly reminders:
- The December show will be on the 9th and 10th.
- To enter the show online please go to horseshowsonline.com note that our show has not started yet so you will need to navigate to the show selector page and search under the tab that says upcoming shows. Once you find the show click it to start your entry.
- Please be mindful of your entries and ensure that your trainer/barn is listed in the appropriate section.
- Please make sure you are entering whether or not you are a new member, hauling in, have a stall, the amount of extra shavings (if any), and the type of night watch you would like.
- Please make sure when you are submitting your entries you are using a credit card that belongs to the respective payee. If you are a trainer and your credit card is being used for entry submissions please email us with all of the entries riders/horse names and the responsible payee for each entry. Please also notify the show office as soon as you arrive to ensure each participant is billed appropriately.
- All participants and trainers must check out with the show office especially if the payment provided online is not the payment that will be used. If any trainer or participant does not check out with the show office then the credit card that is on the entry will be the payment used.
- Check out is very important as it allows the show office to confirm the information on the entry, helping to ensure billing is correct.
- Adds/Scratches can be done online between 7 am and 5 pm after your entry has been accepted by the show.

We understand that there will be changes to entries and that is always welcomed the above will help us and the office work more efficiently during the show and ensure billing is accurate.

For our December shows we will be doing a random draw for a basket full of goodies.
What you need to know to win one.
Every ring will have have a basket.
To be in the random draw you have to do your entries for the show by 12/8 for Pleasure, Novice, Hunter, Jumpers and Barrels (games exhibitors only) and compete.
Dressage has to be entered by
12/3 and compete.

We will start accepting entries this weekend.

Good Afternoon Posse Members,
The first part of the season was a huge success, with the entry numbers continuing to rise. There is a need to implement some minor procedural and policy changes. This will be effective beginning with our December Show and continue for the remainder of the season.

1. Every horse on property must be registered on horseshowsonline.com.

2. Trainers if you have 2 or more horses coming, you will need to submit the stall request. You will not be responsible for the payment, the client will be responsible.

3. Once the entry is completed and has been accepted by the show staff, the administration fee ($25) will be charged and not refunded.

4. Stall cancellations received after the Tuesday prior to the show will be charged half the stall fee ($27) and any extra bags of shavings ordered but you come and pick them up day of show.

5. Non-compete horses will only be allowed when brought with show horses. Schooling only (without a showing horse) must have pre-approval from show committee prior to arrival on grounds. Stalls for non-showing horses will be granted if available. Stalls are given to show horses as a priority and schooling horses stalls may be taken back from schooling only horses if required.

6. Everyone must come to the office to check out before the end of show on Sunday. We will have a sheet to sign up if you want us to check you out with credit card on file.

When you pre enter on Saddlebook you must add your date of birth or the riders date of birth to your profile so that the appropriate age groups will show up for you to enter. It will not allow you to enter anything but open senior or novice if you do not have your date of birth for the rider. !!!

Sorry once you have your profile set up it will be super easy to enter!! It is worth it!
