Last week, we had the pleasure of hearing from Robyn Adams of Shae Marcus Consulting at our NPI meeting!

Robyn has been part of the NPI community since 2020 and helps businesses grow through smart, effective digital marketing. From SEO and websites to social media and ads, she supports companies in showing up and staying relevant in today’s fast-moving world.

CUPPA JOE: soft vanilla cookie loaded with a creamy coffee custard made with locally roasted coffee.

Having been directly sourced from family farms in Chikmagalur, India, then hand picked and naturally dried in the sun, this coffee is special to say the least. Chik Monk is one of my favorite local businesses and for good reason. If you haven’t tried them yet, make sure to stop by their tent this weekend at the WPB GreenMarket and see for yourself (after grabbing a fresh baked Gringuita Cookie, of course!).

Cuppa Joe is on the Winter Menu and will be available in both baked and frozen dough at the GreenMarkets through the end of March ✨

This past Friday, I had the pleasure of baking samples at Coconut Grove. While I’ve done countless pop-ups and demos in the past 2 years, this was my first time setting up inside a supermarket and I have to be honest, I was nervous. Would the cookies be well-received? Would people even care to try them, or would they be too preoccupied? What if it doesn’t go well, then what?
In moments like these, I have to remind myself that confidence is gained by being scared of something and doing it anyways. I did do it, as you can see, and I left Miami that night in a state of pure bliss. The amount of support and encouragement I received from Milam’s patrons and employees far exceeded anything I could have imagined. At one point, several customers were lined up in the freezer section grabbing the flavors they wanted. Someone got the last of the Churros and Brown Buttahs and the rest of the crowd cried out. The theatricality of it all left me grinning from ear to ear. It was as if I were watching my own movie play out exactly as I wanted. The long hours in the kitchen, setting up at farmers markets, cold calling stores and driving for hours to make deliveries have all led me to where I am today. With the current successes of Gringuita Cookies, the workload isn’t decreasing (it’s actually doing quite the opposite), but it sure does feel good to reach this milestone.
