Wilbur is an 8 week old grey male kitten who has been with us for four weeks.
Wilbur was saved from almost being hit by a car on Forest Hill Boulevard during rush hour traffic.
When he arrived he had some small cuts and scrapes on him, but we have nested him back to health and he is now ready to find his forever home.
Wilbur loves to be held and snuggle, as well as being very playful with the other kittens at The Ranch.
Wilbur is very well socialized with adults, kids, cats & dogs

After 3 weeks of evading numerous traps โฆ HARRY HOUDINI is finally with us ๐๐ฅณ๐๐ป๐พ๐๐ผ
We had many sleepless nights worrying how we were going to outsmart this little stinker ๐๐
The lady who has been feeding him didnโt feed him at all today, when he smelled the canned salmon we set out for him today .. he couldnโt resist ๐๐๐โโฌ
It took us 7 mins from start to finish to get this beauty to step into the drop trap.
Kitty will remain in quarantine tonight and examined by the vet tomorrow ๐พ๐พ
We are sooooo relieved and thankful to have this little one in our care ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

๐จ๐จ URGENT HELP NEEDED๐จ๐จ
โ๏ธโ๏ธ We received a call along with this video from a local resident who found this kitty at the county waste facility. They suspect the kitty had been stuck in the front-end loaders there.
Besides having a suspected broken leg, he is also filthy dirty, and covered in grease.
๐๐ผWe need urgent help to raise funds to get this sweet kitten the necessary veterinary care to fully recover.

**Please note this video was not taken by us, but taken by the finder of this sweet baby. As soon as we saw the video, we knew we instantly had to step in and help him.
๐ A GREAT BEFORE AND AFTER STORY ๐
๐จ๐ It was just over a month ago when we responded to plea for help from a local family who spotted a cat with a collar embedded in its neck and hooked around its shoulder.
As soon as we saw the post we jumped in the car and went to set a trap to try to help this poor cat.
We tried for 3 days to trap the cat with no success. A neighbor told us that the cat had been living in her garage and it was currently in there. We blocked the the bottom of the broken garage door so the cat couldn't escape and set about our mission to catch the cat.
We spent over an hour searching through garbage, boxes full of broken items & furniture that were all covered in cat feces.
We were finally able to corner the kitty, cover it in towels and blankets and get it into a carrier.
The cat was taken to an emergency animal hospital where it had to undergo surgery to remove the embedded collar, place drains and close up the extensive wounds.
The family who originally found the cat agreed to foster it and nurse it through its long recovery.
Since the day of the first surgery, the cat has been rechecked by vets 3 times. It has had its drain removed, wounds checked and cleaned and finally the last lot of staples removed.
Slowly but surely the cat is regaining trust in humans and has started to show affection towards the family caring for it.
We want to thank Brant Petree for having the biggest heart and bringing the cat to our attention so we could help to save its life.
We found out the kitty cat is a girl and The Petree family have agreed to give the cat a furever home. ๐๐
