Chance ❤️ is a very gently soul.
He was hit by car and abandoned on the street. A good samaritan put him in an alley near by and gave him some food and water. Five days later someone let us know and we went to his rescue. We learned that he had fractures on both hips, one broken knee and an old injured in one femur. After several weeks under our care Chance is now walking normal. It took time, lots of love, care, patience and dedication but everything is worthy to save a life 🐾
Chance is now ready to be neuter, and he is waiting for his forever home 🏡

Today is a very stressful and sad day for thousands and thousands of people facing the scourge of Hurricane Milton, which is expected to make landfall tonight or early in the morning.

Many people have had to evacuate with great sadness, leaving their properties behind to save their lives. I would like to think that everyone has taken their animals with them and those who have farm animals have protected them. But unfortunately we know that many people leave their animals abandoned to their fate.

Please 🙏🏻 if you see, hear, or find out somehow about an abandoned animal, do exactly the same thing that you would like someone to do for you in that situation of danger, need, fear, abandonment and vulnerability … HELP, empower yourself and save that life 🐾 if you have to call authorities asking for help DO IT just do whatever it takes to save a life 🐾

Rescue, volunteer at the shelters, foster.
If you have a house or apartment one dog or cat can be saved by you. Everyone can help somehow 🐾

Please help.

After ten days receiving treatment for UTI and showing some improvement, Fary started bleeding again. We rushed her back to the hospital and after few blood tests and ultrasounds it turned out that she has pyometra, an injure in the gallbladder and a nodule in the spleen. However, all these health issues that we know cause pain and discomfort have not stopped Fary from playing and enjoying the life she now has under our care.
Despite Fary being an adult doggie and being so sick, she wakes up every morning full of joy and energy, she loves to run and play with her friends and foster companions, she learned to give kisses, it is as if she is living childhood, with the fun and space like never before.

As many of you already know, Fary was sent to the veterinary hospital by her “owner” in a trash can with an ulcerated tumor, to be euthanized because according to her owner, Fary was stinking and useless. Since then we received Fary under our care and she has been receiving the love she had never received before.
We are doing everything in our power to provide Fary with the best medical care, but your support is crucial to saving her.

Please help to give Fary a third chance of life. She deserves it.
Farry is in the hospital since yesterday, she will be undergoing surgery as soon as possible.

🏡❤️🐾 Here our doggies wating to be adopted 🏡

These 20 doggies are in desperate need of homes.
Most of them are in boarding / hotel $$$$ for over a year. We started to move some of them to our new shelter, but it has to be a slow transition.

As you may know rescuing is a circle. In order to continue rescuing and saving lives some babies must be adopted.

We are greatly thankful for the support received when a dog/ cat is rescued. On our way to Santo Domingo please send prayers and all the good vibes possible to our Fary.
I can feel a mass in the left low side of her little belly. She have been urinating with more blood.
This is the plan: images will be taking (x-rays or ultrasound), blood test will be done and if she needs surgery and the blood test shows that she is ready we will proceed.

Please support our rescue to be able to continue helping since we have to many doggies under our care, veterinary debts, boarding/ hotel expenses, food, medications, the spay and neuter program etc …

Laurent tiene 7 meses y pesa 10 libras.

Está preciosa vivio desde pequeña encerrada en un rejón de gallina, la rescatamos cuando tenía seis meses y hasta ahora ha permanecido en foster.
July es muy juguetona, se lleva muy bien con otros perros, es muy juguetona y cariñosa.
Tiene un pelaje crema claro y brilloso hermoso (un poco más claro que lo que se ve en las fotos) tiene patas cortas.

Our old little lady is not doing well, please help.

Fary has been urinating with blood, the local vet prescribed some antibiotics which we have given her but she has not shown improvement. Today she woke up worse and we need to rush her to the city to take some images to have a precise diagnosis. Our vets suspect of stones or tumor but we will know for sure after the images.

For those who don’t know Fary, here is a resume of her story:
Few months ago she was taken to a vet to be euthanized just because she was old and had an ulcerated tumor, despite that the vet explained that Fary could’ve treated the owner refuse to keep her.
That’s when the vet called us asking for help, and of course we took Fary under our care, the tumor was removed, she received few sessions of chemotherapy and she has been in foster since then, hoping that someone opens their heart and home for her, so far nobody shows interest on her.
Despite her old age and health condition Fary is been very happy playing with the others doggies and cats in foster, its like she is living in a home environment running around and being loved for the first time.

Please help us help Fary. She deserves to enjoy her golden years happy and comfortable.
We cannot fail her now.

🏠 July has been waiting for her forever home for 420 days.
July still a puppy, she is approximately one year and 9 months old, weight 30 pounds.
She love to be near whom she consider her master, she likes to run and play with other dogs, take a sunbath, she eat together with other dogs and NOT FOOD AGGRESSION at all. She is very friendly with everyone. Not a guardian dog 😂
July has not lived with cats, but she has been near chickens and totally ignores them.
July is UTD on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, treated monthly against fleas and ticks.
Profilaxis (teeth cleaning) is in schedule.

Julio continue waiting for his own forever home 🏡❤️🐾

As many of you know, one of his legs had to be amputated due to the abuse he suffered when he lived on the streets. But nothing has taken away Julio's happiness and sweetness.
🧡 Despite having three legs Julio is a very funny and brilliant boy. He loves to greet friends, whether they are people or other dogs. He raise his lips smiling and shake the whole body of pure joy.

This super gorgeous and elegant girl is Esther 🩷 She’s waiting for a lovely forever home 🏠❤️🐾

Esther is only 4 month old, weighs 17 pounds, she is a pure Dominican Terrier which is a kind of mix between love and sweetness 😍😍😍smart, fun, strong, grateful and many more attributes 🥰
Esther love to play with everything and everyone, she get attached to whom she consider her master, and gets along with other dogs, cats and kids.
She is use to do relief herself in the patio and she likes to sleep in her crate during the night.

Esther is waiting for a home 🏠

Esther was abandoned in a closed box full of chicken p**p when she was barely weeks old, luckily she was heard while crying desperately and although we are full of doggies waiting to be adopted and the few foster volunteers were full, we could not leave her abandoned.
Esther has remained in boarding/hotel hoping to be adopted by a family that will love her forever.
Esther is a beautiful, affectionate baby, she loves to give kisses and be attached to who she considers her master, she is playful and gets along well with other dogs, cats and children.
She is used to doing her business in the yard and sleeping in her crate.

Esther is approximately 4 months old, weight 17 pounds and will be medium - big size when fully grown.
She will is UTD on vaccines, and will be spayed in the next few weeks 🩷 ready to flight ✈️

Zeus health has taken a difficult turn.At the time of the neuter surgery we realized that Zeus has a small wound apparently in processing of healing near his anus. According to the girl who reported him, he had had a myiasis in his butt and the people at school put a silver spray on him and he was “cured”. What they didn't realize is that he was urinating through that little open wound. 🔴The day he would be discharged and release in the school, we noticed that he was pushing and with lot of difficulty and very slowly the urine came out through the wound. We immediately took him to the capital city for check up with an specialist. 🆘 This is the situation: Indeed, he had a myiasis, the screw worms caused mayor damage to the urethra; when the tissue healed the duct that leads to the pen*s closed and luckily the urine has been channeled through the “little open wound” that has not healed precisely due to the flow of urine. 🔴 Whats Next: Zeus needs surgery 🆘 to determine if it is possible to connect the urethra to channel urine through the pen*s again or else it will be necessary to remove the pen*s and create a urinary duct "vaginoplasty". ❤️We don't know exactly how long Zeus has been suffering, but we do know that we cannot abandon him and release him back into the street is not even a choice. Do we have the resources? NO 💔 but he deserves an opportunity and I know that together we can offer him a better life. Please help 🙏🏻. Thank you to the ladies who supported Zeus for his vaccines. Britta underwent surgery yesterday. Thankfully everything went well. We have big hope that she will be healthy soon..……………It's obvious that Britta has suffered for a long time. Due to the level of infection and malnutrition, we can assure that she spent long months as a victim of abandonment and neglect. This has been a long and very expensive case. After keeping her for 11 days in a local clinic, we had to transfer her to the capital city to undergo surgery where she will remain until she is healthy. Jossie was lying on the street due to a gigantic breast tumor. We realized that in addition to the tumor she had also been run over by a vehicle. We proceeded to remove the tumor immediately since it was about to open. Jossie has started to stand up and although she walks with difficulty we are happy to see her standing.
