I couldn’t let today end without wishing my reason for starting this business a happy birthday! My boy Blue is 4 years old today and without him I wouldn’t have discovered my love for grooming. I have never had such a loyal dog. He is a momma’s boy but despite his momma being a groomer, he’d much rather be outside playing in the dirt or snow looking for birds😉

I just wanted to thank you all for your business and for sharing your fur babies with me! With the new year upon us, here are a few reminders for all of my clients.

I am not a boarding facility. I groom by appointment only, so I expect dogs to be picked up promptly after service. Payment is due when services are rendered and expect a price increase on all services in the new year.

Please be sure to take your dog out to potty before dropping them off to be groomed. If you need potty bags, I have them readily available inside!

Also, please put your larger breeds on a leash when entering and exiting the building. This is a safety hazard with the busy street traffic out front and also with other dogs and clients that may be in the building.

Please try to give 24 hour notice of cancellation and those who continue to miss prebooked appointments will not be put back on my schedule. I have an ever increasing list of potential new clients waiting for an opening who would be glad to have your appointment. Please be courteous of my time and schedule and be prompt for your appointment.

It is a joy and pleasure grooming your pets and getting to know you all! Thanks again and have a happy new year!

Hi there! I just wanted to thank everyone for letting me love their fur babies and groom them!

Blue Oak will be closed from October 2 - October 10. All calls, text messages, or Facebook messages will be returned when I am back in the shop on October 11th.

Blue Oak Dog Grooming is officially open! 🐾

I have groomed some of the sweetest fur babies over the last two weeks as I transitioned into this new journey. I am so thankful for the love and support I have already received from everyone. A huge thank you to those who have sent flowers and sweet treats! 💙

I am SO excited to announce that I will soon be opening my very own dog grooming business on N. Seminary St in Madisonville! If you know me, you know that I have always had a passion for animals. It has always been a dream of mine to have a career in the pet care industry. I owe all the glory to God as I am so blessed he opened this door and gave me the opportunity to pursue what I was meant to do.

This has been in the works for quite some time now and we only lack a few finishing touches before I am ready to open my doors!
