Just an update.
For those asking about my dogs' surgery. It went well, however, he wouldn't stop chewing the incision, so now he has to wear dinosaur pajamas while it heals.
Also, due to increasing operating costs, it has become necessary to implement a price increase effective June 1st.
We appreciate your understanding, and we thank you for choosing us as your groomer!

I've had 2 knee scopes, and one nerve block.
None have been successful.
So tomorrow (2/13) I will have total knee replacement surgery.
The shop will be running on part time hours.
Wed-Thurs-Fri, 9am to 1pm
Sat, 8am to noon
CLOSED Sun-Mon-Tues
If you already have an appointment, your appointment is confirmed, and as usual, we will send a reminder text the day before.
If you need to make an appointment, please understand that we have limited appointments for the next few weeks.

RESCUE FOUND!!! Thank you all who showed interested in him.

FOUND!!! His owner moved and left him behind. He's been sleeping on the porch. The new owner agreed to keep him in the house until I can find somewhere for him. We have no room and need your help! PLEASE someone step up to foster or adopt. Rescues please contact me if you have any interest in him. He's a Cane Corso Mastiff. Please share.

UPDATE....A second surgery is scheduled this Friday 12/1. We will be closed 12/1 thru Thurs 12/7.

Due to painful post knee surgery complications, I am only at the shop for a few hours a day, and I am taking days off as needed.
Because of that, there are only new weekday appointments left until after the holidays.
Please have patience with me as I navigate this difficult time. I am doing my best to return calls and texts.

It's Pierogi Fest weekend. The street in front of the shop is shut down.

I had to initiate a $20 cancellation, no show fee this year.
Lately, customers are not showing up. They are over sleeping or forgetting about their appointments, even though I send everyone a reminder text the day before.
I am not a big box store with unlimited funds. I am a small business owner, trying to make ends meet, one dog at a time.
If 5 people a week don't show up, that's my Nipsco bill, or a blade sharpening bill or a shampoo bill.
This fee has been posted in my lobby, and I need to make sure everyone is aware of it.

These pups are located in Hobart.

We didn’t originally want to post this on FB but our fear has been confirmed. We need to find an immediate home for the dogs. Ellie is SEVERELY allergic to them and too little for daily allergy meds but it will soon compromise her development since shes coughing so bad from them that she’s throwing up what shes eating and hardly sleeping cause shes coughing so bad and can’t breathe.

We do NOT want to bring them back to the shelter. And we are hoping they could go together cause of how bonded they are.

*crate trained
*house trained
*spayed & neutered
*Know simple commands
*microchipped
*do not go on furniture unless told otherwise
*great with kids of all ages except Khloe gets iffy on new babies. Shes warmed up to Ellie and now wont leave her side.

Khloe is allergic to chicken
Rocco is allergic to fish
They are both on steak & veggies food

Roccos birthday is April 16th, 2019 - he just turned 4
Khloes birthdat is October 18, 2021 - will be 2 this year

** They do require a fenced in yard **

Up to date on shots & heart worm
Rocco will need his 3 yr rabies shot. Khloe just had hers last year

If you know someone who is interested in one or both, please send me a message right away.

Willing to travel up to a certain point. Would rather someone come here meet them, make sure they love them and if any issues I would want to be notified of where they are.
We love them like family and this is just a very unfortunate circumstance.

We do need to go through the shelter to switch over ownership and their chip information. The shelter is aware and allowing us to do this.

Please share in hopes to help get them a new loving forever home 💔😭

EDIT: they are 45-55lbs each.
They will also come with their food, water & food bowls, all of the crates we have, dog bed and leashes.
