A lizard may seem cheap at $25-$40, but a proper setup costs over $300. Avoid inadequate pet store starter kits; chameleons and bearded dragons need large, correctly lit enclosures. Research thoroughly before buying any pet, as a "sale" can end up being costly. Many reptiles suffer in small enclosures with poor lighting. Invest in their well-being. Thank you.
