Spring Creek Farm - aka The Stark Farm

Founded in 1959 by the Sontag family. Shortly after was bought by Todd and Mary Aiken. In 1973 they sold it to the Stark family who currently live there.

I'm not a Stark, but I did marry one. I created this page because no matter where I go in Wichita, people seem to know where I live, and start telling me a story of a time that they were there. If you have ever been to a party, event, or gathering at the Stark Farm, please tell your story here. Please feel free to post pictures, links, and videos.

The estate sale went great and many things went to awesome new homes. Lots conversations and got to visit with two of William Sontag’s children, he was the man who had the house built in 1968. Below are some pics he shared with me of his family the year the house was finished. At this point the property was called Lakewood Estates.
