Schutzhund itself is German for “protection dog” and is awarded only in Germany representing the most elite level of German Shepherds. It is awarded for obeidence, tracking, and protection at three levels SchH 1, SchH 2, and SchH 3. This increases the ease of training each puppy with the mental, emotional, and physical traits of these extraordinary parents carrying forward into the puppies.
