🌮Steak Tacos with Mango Pico 🌮
Elevate your tacos with Organic, 100% Grass-Fed, and Regenerative Verified Sirloin Steaks!

INGREDIENTS:
For the Carne Asada:
2 pounds Verde Farms Sirloin Steak
2–3 chipotles in adobo, plus 1 tablespoon of the adobo sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
For the Mango Pico de Gallo:
1 cup mango, diced
1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes, diced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup red onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 limes, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon salt
For Assembly:
6 corn tortillas, heated
¼ cup cilantro, chopped for garnish
2 limes, cut in wedges
4 tablespoons queso fresco, crumbled
DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop the chipotles in adobo and combine with garlic cloves, lime juice, zest, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place in a bowl with the Verde Farms Sirloin Steak, cover and put in the fridge, let marinade for at least an hour or overnight.
2. Once steak is marinated, heat a cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then place the steak, cooking 2–3 minutes on each side, depending on desired temperature.
3. To make the pico de gallo, combine the mango, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, and red onions. Then toss in orange juice, lime juice, lime zest, and season with salt. You can make the mango pico de gallo up to a day in advance.
4. Let the sirloin steak rest for at least 5 minutes, slice against the grain. Distribute the steak among the six tortillas.
5. Then top the tacos with mango pico de gallo, extra cilantro if desired, and queso fresco crumbles. Serve alongside lime wedges and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
**For the Compound Butter:
>Two sticks of room-temperature butter
>Herbs of Choice (We choose thyme and rosemary)
>1-2 Shallots
**For the Steak:
>One Verde Farms Organic, 100% Grass-Fed Steak of choice (we're using Ribeye!)
>Salt to taste
>Pepper to taste
>Garlic Powder to taste
RECIPE:
1. 🧈 Leave butter on the counter until it reaches room temp
2. 🧅 Mince shallots and cut herbs
3. 🪵 Mix all your ingredients; roll the butter into a log shape and wrap it in plastic wrap
4. ❄️ Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
5. 🔥 Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to high heat – we're aiming for that perfect sear
6. 🥩 Season your steak with a pinch of salt, a dash of black pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder on both sides - let those flavors mingle
7. 🍖 Place your steak on the grill or pan, and let it cook to your preferred level of doneness; for medium (140 degrees), it's typically 4-5 min each side on the grill and 3-4 min each side in a cast iron skillet
8. 👨🍳 Cut up your compound butter and watch it melt over each steak, infusing it with irresistible aromas and a delicious taste
9. 😋 Enjoy your Beef from a Better Place!

Ingredients:
1 pound (450 grams) of Verde 80/20 ground beef
1.5 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons onion powder
4 burger buns
Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese, etc.)
Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed, being careful not to overmix.
3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
4. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
5. Place the burger patties onto the preheated grill or pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. (Adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.)
6. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Once the patties are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Assemble you'r burgers by placing the cooked patties on the toasted buns. Add your desired toppings and condiments.
8. Serve your Classic Burgers hot and enjoy!
