Topline Equestrian Centre in Woodinville has immediate openings for full-care board. Several indoor and outdoor box stall sizes available. Monthly board rates start at $950.

Topline is centrally located and just minutes from Hwys 522, 405 and 520. We are a large, private boarding facility with a friendly, no-drama community of boarders and in-house trainers.

Full-Care Board & Farm Amenities include:
• Fully matted stalls with automatic watering system cleaned
and bedded daily with a special blend of kiln-dried shavings
and sawdust

• Daily half-day turnout in either a paddock (individual or with a
buddy) or large pasture in one of four herds
 4.25 acre Gelding Pasture

 2 acre Mare Pasture

 Eight 60’ x 55’ Paddocks with adjacent 100’ x 55’ grazing
area

• Premium Eastern Washington Timothy and Alfalfa weighed and
fed 3 times per day

• Choice of LMF Super Supplement G, Haystack Special Blend or
owner’s grain fed 2 times per day

• 60’ x 120’ mirrored and lighted covered arena featuring coarse
washed sand and granulated rubber footing

• 75’ x 200’ outdoor arena built to Olympic Dressage specifications
with coarse washed sand footing

• Training and lessons offered in Classical Dressage and Western
Pleasure (fees not included in full-care board)

Greetings Neighbors! Topline Equestrian Centre, located in the heart of Woodinville, is seeking qualified candidates for one job opening.
Following is a description of the open position:
Barn Hand / Facilities Maintenance
-Five days per week - Monday through Friday
-Duties include:
-Pasture and paddock mucking two to three times per
week
-Clean and fill water troughs in turnout areas
-Clean water buckets and bowls in stalls; fill water buckets
as needed
-Groom covered and outdoor arenas daily; water both
arenas daily during summer
-General facilities maintenance and repairs - electric fence,
gutters, light carpentry, etc
-Stall repairs and maintenance as needed
-Move and stack hay in hay barn as needed
-Clean covered arena mirrors as needed
-General barn cleaning
-Hours - fluctuate seasonally based on daylight hours:
8:00am - 4:00pm
-One hour lunch break
Horse handling experience, references and reliable transportation required for both positions.
Compensation is competitive.

Seeking to hire a part time barn hand to work at Topline Equestrian Centre in Woodinville.

Five days per week - Monday through Friday (or 5 days of the week that work with your schedule). Duties include feeding lunch and dinner hay (lunch: 12:30 – 1:30 and dinner: 4:30 – 6:00) and may be expanded to include mid-day and end of day turn in.

Horse handling experience and reliable transportation required.

Nestled in the heart of Woodinville, Topline is a tranquil sanctuary for horse and rider providing superior, attentive full-care horse boarding services. Located just 5 minutes east of the 195th St. / Beardslee Blvd. exit off State Route 522, Topline is a short drive from Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell, Monroe, Duvall, Everett and Seattle.
