Competitive riding in Advanced Eventor, Prix St George Dressage, First Flight Foxhunting and achieved Open Division Western Horsemanship / Showmanship at age 15. Has been a regional judge for Dressage, H/J, Eventing and Open Shows. Has over 45 years instructing beginner thru advanced riders of all ages. Laura Leigh Venable - Farm Manager. After 25 years as a Naval Officer she returned home to run day to day farm operations. She manages the business operations and farm maintenance and improvements as well as assisting with the breeding operation. She is also attending Virginia Tech on the GI Bill majoring in Animal and Poultry Science with an emphasis in Equine Studies.

Long before Fast & Furious and Fury Road, there was Fury! This wild black stallion not only taught morality to a generation of Saturday morning television viewers, he went on to be the highest grossing animal star after Lassie!
The horse was the star, the humans merely secondary players. He was discovered by Hollywood animal trainer, Ralph McCutcheon, on a farm in Missouri when he was 18 months old. His real name was Highland Dale, by Liberty Dale out of Marian Highland.
It is not documented whether all Fury fans grew up to be squeaky-clean citizens; what we do know is that they were glued to their televisions every week because each episode featured a beautiful black American Saddlebred.

Alice is a 5 year old Morgan Standardbred broke to drive and has been used as a broodmare. Her c**t Astro is 5 months old and is a Dutch Sport Horse. Both for Sale. Alice is 15.3 hands and Astro is expected to mature to 16 hands. Both have wonderful temperaments.

From this past Sunday. Pilot who hadn't been ridden in a year had our stable hand Kaylen hop on him bareback for a tune up. He was happy to go in any direction. Pilot is such a treasure to ride after years as a New River Trail horse. This guy knows his stuff 😀

Here’s Baltas and Sophie as I’m going to catch them and bring up to nice and snug foaling stall Sophie had her early this am around 5!
