It’s been a while, but we’re back at it today! Here’s just a little peek at the current project. It’s a birthday gift for so you’ll have to wait a couple more weeks to see the final product.

Someone got their valentine’s gift a little early so I can finally share these cute shoes I’ve been working on in secret! I’m grateful to be trusted to take a vague request (“sunflowers” in this case) and have some freedom to experiment! I was able to an repurpose a Don Gonzales wallet tooling pattern and add an inlay to these grey shoes!

Today I made myself a new belt with “gunslinger style” stitching. I’m happy with how it turned out and grateful for my leather sewing machine.

Now that Christmas is over I can finally share the crossbody bag I made my mom for her Christmas gift. Measures approximately 9” by 10” with an interior pocket, key lanyard, and adjustable crossbody strap.

In October I moved from Memphis to Woodward, OK, and I finally got my new workshop set up. I’ve gone from the kitchen table to an entire room! I’m so thankful for a handy dad that could build me a custom 4’x8’ cutting table, tooling bench, and shelves. There’s so much more room! I’m looking forward to diving back in and creating some fun stuff in this new place. The shop boss (dog) Henry approves of the table and storage.
