I am calling you out Fuzz Ann for accusing me of over charging and not caring for your pets! This is complete bu****it! Girl you have NEVER paid full price in the 4 years you have been coming!! I understood your situation financially and even groomed your dogs for free (voided receipts below or closed with no dollar amount) as you can see from my screenshots from your account. I was nothing but kind and VERY generous to you and your dogs even when they were naughty and drew blood! My price is $89 plus tax per dog, take a look at what you paid! I dealt with you being short even after we agreed on a price because you didn't have the cash or not enough money and I didn't complain, I just took what you had. I dealt with your dogs coming in matted every single time with s**t caked to their asses, smelling like barn animals, being mean and biting all in helping YOU and THEM out!!!! In 4 damn years i didn't ask for anything in return, never complained or asked you to go anywhere else with them when I had every right to refuse you. But i knew nobody was going to deal with them. I didn't reschedule your dogs for several reasons, I got hurt, I canceled on you and didn't respond to you to reschedule because this is MY career and enough was enough. Do better and NO you are not welcome back! PERIOD!

Sniffany's Of York will be closed today. With great sadness we are saying our final good byes to one of our own pooches. As most of you know I found this little guy all most 5 years ago in front of my old location on Market Street. Oliver you truly have been a blessing ❤️

We are currently booked out until the END OF APRIL for Full Grooming appointments. We do however have a bather, Ashley. Ashley is taking bath appointments and does have a few openings for this month.
If you have not booked your dog's spa day, please do it now! You MUST book your grooming appointments online, I will no longer book them for you over the phone or via text unless it is to reschedule. I do get busy, sidetracked or forget so please do not rely on me unless again it is to reschedule. Please note that Deposits are required for ALL grooming appointments. If you booked out for the year the deposit comes out 48 hours before your appointment for existing clients and for New Clients it comes out immediately when the appointment is accepted. Deposit amounts are displayed on our website. The system will cancel your appointment and all future appointments if the card on file declines payment so PLEASE respond to any texts because we can no longer hold the appointment. There has been some confusion on late cancellations or late rescheduled appointments: THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT MOVE WITH THE APPOINTMENT. I do however take emergency situations and past history under consideration but cannot guarantee anything. It is a case by case situation.
