Happy Heavenly Birthday to Pop 🎂❤️ He had a HUGE heart for all animals, and dogs especially. Here he is with Buttons on the left and Shena on the right. In honor of his birthday I am offering a free pet visit or dog walk to the first to comment with a picture of their fur-baby. (Within Copperfield, Bear Creek, North Katy, Fairfield, Jersey Village, or Cypress)

With the high temps we're experiencing please be very careful taking your doggos on their daily walks. Their paw pads are like little pillows and will burn on hot surfaces and pavements 🔥!

Try to head out before 10am or hold off until later in the day when the pavements have cooled. You can check this by testing with your hand. If you can’t stand the heat for more than 10 seconds, neither can your dog. 🥵🥵

If you suspect your dogs paws are swollen or burnt please have them checked out by your vet. You might see them licking their paws a lot or limping but this is one of those things that they can hide well.

Copperfield PetPals is currently waiving the $5 early/late appointment fee (before 9am / after 6pm) while the temps are in the upper 90s. I want to be sure your sweeties can get the exercise and fresh air they look forward to every day, so they can do so safely and comfortably.
