To only inspire YOU! ($$$)
Have your business. (Make your side job or your hobby a real business) They difference of a successful person and an unsuccessful person is that the successful person to takes to risks and investment. Unsuccessful people don't do. Successful people DO. No half ass no excuses... no giving up... YOU Do it and stick to it!
It takes money to make money invest in the class, course, or school to get that certificate or Diploma (if you have to)
Invest in your tools/inventory or whatever you need to make it happen.
Contemplate your marketable skills. Whether you’re a writer, photographer, mathematician, web designer, marketing guru, illustrator, scientist, or underwater basket weaver, there is probably a freelance job out there for you. What do you enjoy doing? What are your strengths? Make a list of everything that you think you could possible monetize. Don’t write off any of your skills or passions. List everything that you think you’re good at, regardless if you’ve heard of freelancers doing it or not! Don’t limit yourself before you’ve started.

My advice is hiring an accountant that does it all (bookkeeping, taxes, etc.) And a maybe a great marketing manager... Maybe an attorney if you can afford it and feel it's necessary.
