This little one is almost 1 year old! He is one of the most entertaining characters here at the house😂. Cannot wait for new baby cobras and if all goes well, the wait shouldn't be too long!

Apologies for the silence.

Went on a little herping getaway to an awesome destination in the mountains of Robertson. Had such a great time and found some cool creatures! Will post some more photos later, but in the mean time, here is a photo is a little baby agama the size of the tip of an index finger.

This is our snouted cobra male. He is the dad of the little one we hatched a few weeks ago.
Little one is doing so well and eating like a champ! He was a little weak at first, and seeing as he was the only egg that survived, we were a bit worried about him..
But our worries were for nothing, since he has an attitude of note & Eating whatever we offer him.👌 Will share photos of the little one soon.

Love living in a place where we regularly see these majestic creatures! The boomslang is definitely one of my favourite indigenous snake!

Baby red tail boas are the cutest!

This was her shortly before the arrival of her babies.
She did not move from this position on the floor for weeks. We made sure to keep her hydrated during this time with the squeeze bottle, and she drank every time we gave her water.
Hydration is key👌

This is our big momma female C.purpureomaculatus. She has the most beautiful colouration and she is spectacular!

Also, she dropped 18 perfect babies for us not too long ago! She was so big, I thought she might explode😱
