Last Friday's Puppy Play Date starring Pepé and Max.
What a morning it was seeing these two play. Excitement builds when they see my car to pick them up, again when they're in the car with each other & again when we arrive at the park. Freedom, pure joy and happiness doesn't explain it properly when you watch these beautiful souls show you what life is all about.

Land-based strengthening uses the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates to create a full body workout for companions that focuses on slow and controlled movements (quite different to how they go about their daily lives).

🐾 “Poochy Pilates” focuses on building core strength, as well as toning broad muscle groups throughout the body.

🐩 Varying degrees of land-based strengthening will be beneficial to any companion, young or old, healthy or compromised.

Conditions that will benefit from regular land-based exercises include;
🌱 Intervertebral disc displacement
🌱 Hip dysplasia
🌱 Luxating patella(s)
🌱 Elbow dysplasia
🌱 General Osteoarthritis

Last Tuesday & Friday's Puppy Play Date starring Hazel & Archie.
Friday was a lovely warm day in the sunshine and perfect for relaxing as Hazel did. Archie's recalls are 98% there while Hazel is on a consistent go-low when called.
Tuesday Archie wasn't confident therefore Hazel adapted her play style by lowering herself lower than Archie and gentle provoking him to engage in play. So beautiful to watch.

Today’s Puppy Play Date starring Pepé and Max.
On Friday’s these two get anxious as they know it’s THEIR day!
Pacing around the house waiting for their lift to arrive to take them to the park.
As soon as they’re both in the car they immediately start playing. When we arrive at the park the playing continues and even when I’m taking them back home they still have time to play some more in the car.

We have had to ask for some urgent help this week, and much needed assistance with all of our real rescue cases.

This week was truly unbelievable and as month end rolled in so did 23 dogs within 5 days.

Thank you to all those who have made a contribution as per our previous posts. We hate asking, squirm and write and then delete our pleas. But we have to ask and please know we appreciate all the support.

And tonight we are asking again.
Please won’t you say a prayer tonight 🙏🏻 for our Rotties? We have so many needing miracles.

So many needing help, strength and positive prayers. I really don’t care what religion you are, or what your beliefs are, I hope we are united by the best breed in the world.

And I can’t tell you how many boys and girls with us need prayers.

Last Friday’s Puppy Play Date starring Hazel and Archie.
New venue where it was more quiet as it’s school break where they had such a ball running around chasing each other.
Archie’s recall is coming along so beautifully I’m super proud of him.

Yesterday’s second Puppy Play Date starring Archie and Hazel.
The park was busy with holiday going children.
Archie took the opportunity to sniff the unfamiliar children but kept his distance, I couldn’t be more proud of him ☺️.
Hazel wanted to play with them even though they where scared of her, lol.
They spent most of their play date walking on leash😔. We got good practice in on loose leash walking. Next time they’ll have a better time.

Yesterday’s Puppy Play Date starring Pepé and Max.
The pent up energy is felt when you pick them up as they know where they’re going. To the BIG park. Due to very cold weather the park was quiet, it was all ours.
Plenty of running space and lots of smells to identify. Pepé’s nose was mostly on the ground smelling everything while Max was interested but wanted to run and play more.
Love the look on their faces of pure joy 🤩🐾☺️
