These days, Pet ID tags are still crucial. Even the most well-behaved fur-babies can get lost! Please make sure that your beloved furkid has:
* A collar with an ID tag and contact number
* A registered microchip with your up to date contact details.

Max is a gorgeous snub-nosed Furbaby (technical term is Brachycephalic) who needed to get to Dubai to relocate with his Pawrents.

For snub-nose breeds, certain airlines have restrictions on carrying any snub-nosed breed pets. Luckily for Max, we were able to send him direct to Dubai using Emirates who do accept snub-nose breeds but only during the UAE winter months between November and March.

Everything went so well that his Pawrents gave us an amazing 5-star Google review for the excellent service and care that they received from AeroPets.

Snow needed to travel to Berlin to meet up with his mom. AeroPets made sure that Snow was safe and comfortable before boarding the plane and that all of his paperwork was perfect for travel. His mom has expressed her gratitude to the AeroPets team for getting Snow safely to her in Germany and that we were able to make the process smooth and easy for her. Now in Berlin, she is grateful that Snow is with her and is adjusting so well and enjoying their daily walks.

We love to hear stories from the Pawrents about how their furkids are adjusting to their new home. We're loving the stylish jacket Snow is sporting on this walk while he acclimates to the new and different climate. We foresee a lot of happy walks in their future!

At the end of last year, Caesar and Blaze embarked on their journey to Australia. We recently received great photos of the furkids exploring their new garden and enjoying a stroll by the sea with their dad.

What sort of flight kennel (crate/box) should my pet be transported?

Hey! You've got the questions, and I've got the answers. You're not going to like this one, but here goes....
There are regulations that require us (the pet) to be able to stand up and turn around (did you see that video on social media? LOL—you know the one where the dog turns around every time the song says 'turn around'—silly dude). Anyway, we have to be able to lie down nicely and our ears must not touch the top of the crate, as well. 🐶 Safety is a top priority for humans when considering moving their pets - that's us. You must ensure that your human selects a pet-friendly airline with a cargo area that is pressure- and temperature-controlled and has solid, established safety policies for pets. Before exploring the world, ensure you visit the vet - I know it's not ideal, but you must ensure the humans have no health issues to worry about. Before travelling, we also recommend discussing any health concerns with your vet, helping your pet achieve a healthy weight through diet and exercise, and perhaps most importantly, working on crate training your pet well before the move.

This absolute cutie is named Hunter. 🥰 He had quite the journey in getting to his family and new home in Dubai. 🇦🇪 AeroPets collected him from his home in Gaborone and drove him to our kennel partner in Johannesburg where he spent 4 nights as we got him ready for his flight to Dubai. ✈️ We assisted with his final vet visit, health certificate, internal and external parasite treatments. Once everything was all endorsed at the state vet, he was ready for his big adventure! 🤩 He flew direct on Emirates and was reunited with his family - safe, sound and happy. 🫶🏼 Just look at his little toothy smile! 🥰

🐾 Meet Teddy, the jet-setting pup with a heart as big as his pawprints! 🌍✈️ Teddy jumped on a plane from Johannesburg 🇿🇦 and across the pond to London 🇬🇧 and reunited with his mom.
