We just received this beautiful message from Nicole, and it made our whole team smile.

“Yikes! I am a whole year late with this email… I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Mikki, Andy (you absolute legend) and the AeroPets team for such a fantastic service in getting Maddox ready, prepared and shipped over to Dubai.
It was a daunting task for us all (Andy might say he had the most daunting part until he realised Maddox loves anyone who has a Ball and is prepared to throw it for him haha). Everyone was such a pleasure to work with.
Maddox arrived in Dubai happy as can be and has adapted so well… He LOVES the desert and has grown so confident. He trots off to sniff surrounding bushes and trees peeking up to make sure we're still where he left us every now and then.”

Sujeeth & Annette Ramkhelawan were taking their Mini Schnauzers, Ozzy and Zoe, with them to the UK. ✈️They were overjoyed to receive their fur kids on arrival; tired but very well and happy. 🐕🐾

Pawsome Beagle, Gizmo, had to travel to Atlanta, USA, to be reunited with his family. But they had to wait for him and Furdad to drive from Atlanta to Houston before joining the rest of the family. ✈️

Today is , 🐶 when we celebrate dogs and promote their wellbeing, especially when flying to meet their pawrents in another country. We have so many special stories about bringing furkids together with their pawrents that we wanted to share some special moments with you. ❤️🐾

Our hooman sat us down (Sadie, Spyro and me, Remo)🐕 and told us all about a big adventure we were going on. ✈️They said we would go on a new ride, courtesy of the awesome hoomans at Aeropets, who would look after us and make sure we weren't frightened. We love them and know they wouldn't send us in anything that wasn't first-class. 🐾

We arrived in a place called New Zealand, and our awesome hooman had to send a message to tell Aeropets how happy we all are. ❤️

"Moving to a different country can be stressful...When we were ready to pack up and move to beautiful New Zealand, I was extremely stressed about how we would bring our three furbabies over. A friend referred me to Aeropets, and I contracted them. They responded promptly with details about how it would work. Bringing pets to New Zealand is a complex process that requires everything to be done perfectly and in a timely manner.

Mikki from Aeropets advised and assisted us every step of the way, and had so much patience with everything and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. 2 and a half months after we landed, we have been reunited with our furbabies, and even though we stressed about the process, flight and quarantine for them and how they would take it, they were in such good hands every step of the way, and we are thrilled to have been united with them. Our home is now complete.

Thank you, Mikki and team, for walking this journey with us every step of the way! I would recommend Aeropets any time!"

We received this lovely message 📩 from Roxy, who went all the way to Los Angeles, USA, ✈️to meet up with her pawrents. 🐕‍🦺

Dear Aunty Kirsten. Thank you for bringing me to my hoomans. I love them so much. ❤️I'm living my best life now, and I couldn't have done it without you. My hoomans are so happy I'm here too. I go on walks every day, sleep in my bed, and sometimes, mom even lets me sleep under the duvet with her and dad. 🐾 We are all so happy here. Sorry, my hooman didn't send pictures sooner, she's just busy and keeps forgetting. Silly mommy! Thank you, Auntie Kirsten, you are so very special to me and my hoomans. ❤️

We had to let her know how happy we are!

Hey Roxy, 🐶we are so glad that you are home and living your best life with your pawrents. We just love the video📹 (we all shed a happy tear for how happy you are) and will share it with all the other pawrents and furkids so they know how safe they are when they travel with us. Tell your mom not to worry about the delay in sending pics, because she sent such great ones!!!!!
