Our open model rooms provide the opportunity to socialise with other dogs within their designated groups. We have seen great benefits from many of the dogs under our care, whether it be increased confidence, reducing anxiety or mental stimulation to name a few.

Having that sharing space does, on the flip side, increase chances of aggressive behaviour between the dogs, we counteract that with a free initial rigorous assessment, as well as a deep dive into the dog’s behaviour with the owner. This behaviour analysis will continue throughout the stay of the dog with the team handling the group. This deep understanding gives us the ability to foresee potential issues and avoid major incidents.

Another point is cleaning. We are very particular on this, no expense is spared. We pride ourselves on an exceptionally clean facility, using clean as you go, with deep disinfectants used at safe periods. We hope you can notice this as you walk in the front door!
