Ararat Hotel Complex is looking for a polite and communicative receptionists.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phones and operate a switchboard
-Route calls to specific people
-Answer inquiries about company
-Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
-Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
-Ensure reception area is tidy

Requirements:

-Front Office Representative or similar role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Hands-on experience with office equipment
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent organizational skills
