We are very excited for the future here at Woodskroft Kennels.
๐พFriday 13th was our exciting news day.
๐พAs most of you know we are breeders of outstanding quality, stable, healthy, beautiful working line German Shepherds.
Our absolute focus is the premium health & stability of all our dogs and their progeny equally & we choose through that to breed solid blacks.
๐พWe choose our breeding stock very carefully & are considerate of drive & temperament in the Dam & Sire when considering a litter, plus A1 health testing including hip & elbow scoring & we choose to only breed dogs that are DM negative, having absolute clear results with -/- genes. We are proud to say that Piperโs WT-/- gene is an absolute blessing knowing her progeny are all DM clear.
As a reputable breeder, keen to follow all Dogs Australia standards, along with extremely high personal breeding standards in our home based kennel there is no stone unturned from beginning to end of our entire breeding program. We are grateful to those people who have supported us & continue to do so.
We were pleasantly & unexpectedly inundated with lots of interest in our 1st litter last year which was wonderful.
A lot of people were interested to know of any previous litters & their health & conformation/size/weight details etc. As we were embarking on our breeding program I could only reassure everyone of all of the above being super & offer all our stats & testing results & confidently confirm our beautiful Piper was a wonderful, healthy, stable foundation bitch for our breeding program with an excellent pedigree with superb great working lines behind her.

Everything we as breeders look for when placing our pups in the best of homes these guys offered, with energy & understanding of their ๐พundertaking. Having spent time getting their home ready with a secure & safe back yard, time a plenty with a strong commitment to obedience training (already organised โ
) & leadership qualities that this girl will respond very well to with lots of positive reinforcement, this was going so well for all.
It was evident at their first meeting that this girl had found her groove. Cuddles all round & a confident walk on lead, sitting for her new Dad, Mia was feeling the love & showed her willingness to learn & please. It was so, so great that she would be going to a home where she would be included & loved like we loved her ๐พ๐ฉท
Away she goes ๐ก๐พ the big & strong Mia who has already commenced Obedience training at an excellent club.
