It doesn't happen often but when these two Plumbdogs get togehter, you know it's going to be a good day. Our top dogs Richard and Darius on another job together today where they re-pipe a whole house.

When your pipes are new, it's generally ok to simply repair pipes when they burst or leak but as they get older, it reaches a point where calling any plumber out multiple times will simply be a more costly exercise. Richard shows us in the video where a more recent repair job was done and the old pipes around and you can see why the re-piping became a better choice in the end.

Someone asked Rich why doesn't he strap a go pro to his head and show us what he gets up to in a day so he said "OK, I'll give it a go". Check out the video as Rich shares with us parts of his day looking at a property with blocked drain.

On this job, you get to see everything from a prodding stick to CCTV and Navitrack gear as well as our custom made high powered water jetters. Why the need for all the gear? Quite simply because the location of the inspection point was not known. Do you know where your inspection points are?

In some circumstanecs, a temporary repair is the best optioin. At the property today, with layout and compact design of the apartment, top dog Richard had to remove a couple of tiles and cut into the group to confirm and fix the leak.

With tiles removed and exposed pipes, rather than simply restoriing the the property to its former state, Richard consults with his clients to give them opportunity to think about whether to fully renovate this room or simply restore as restoring now with the view to renovate would waste money. In the meantime, our customers were happy that the water was working in time for the weekend.

In todays video, we were called out to a property that had badly installed taps. If you thought that the result was simply water leaks which wastes water and money, have a look at the other damage caused as a result.

We can't stress the importance of having a proper licenced plumber on the job before issues like this occur which costs much more to rectify.

In todays video, we replace a failed water main that goes under a house. Most jobs are handled by an obedient Plumbdog but on occasion, two Plumbdogs are needed. This is our first share where our top dogs Darius and Richard on the job together and this video is a keeper. We've got everything from advanced detection gear, the guys showing that they can have some fun while being efficient and safe on the job and thrilling moments including 'will Darius get stuck under the house?' or 'does Rich stitch up Darius and get him soaking wet on a cold day? '

Thank you for your kind words Russell. We're especially proud of this one becuase he gave us a whistle and originally thoguht we were just out for money. What really happned was that we were right 'on the money' because we gave him recommendations and did the legwork up front giving him his options to consider and after is own research, worked out that we had every idea and the recommendations were legitimate.
