I discovered greyhounds through fostering,, and fell head over heels in love with the breed. A shocking fact is I do not have one of my own (yet...), but my Bull Arab x Max may as well be... he sleeps as much as one! Max has met many greys through fostering and petsitting and will generally ignore them once he's had a good greet and sniff. Your grey will get a daily leashed walk around my quiet ne

ighbourhood and bushland (no dog parks) and the full run of my 800m2 grassed yard with 6ft fences. They will sleep inside, and have access to two large covered outdoor areas with lots of soft places to snooze. I only take on maximum 2 greys at any time so your long doggo will have plenty of 1:1 attention. I generally work from home except for 1 day per week where I am out all day, so if you would like to book a long stay and your hound has difficulty being left alone with another dog for >7 hours, please let me know. Longer stays (3 weeks or longer) are discounted, so PM for details. Otherwise price is $50 per night, per hound.

Stunning girl 3 year old girl Bluey is looking for her forever home and is sure to make a wonderful companion.

Bluey loves her walks and will start reminding you it is walk time well before just in case you forget. She loves learning new things including "Wait", "Touch" and "Look" - although like any blue hound owner will tell you, she will only listen when she wants to or if you have a piece of chicken.

Bluey is happy to be by herself while you are out and once you build trust with her she is a real sweetheart, excited to go on all sorts of adventures with you. She is still learning to be calm on the lead, but is a fast learner and starting to put her new skills into practice. Bluey is not cat or small dog tested and would do best in a home without small kids as in her excitement may knock them over.

✨Update for 2024 bookings✨

Hi all

As I am finishing my PhD soon, I’ll be doing more working hours at my day job. So I’ll be scaling back the business.

Unfortunately this means no new hounds from January 2024. If your hound has stayed with me before, send me an enquiry and I’ll see if I can fit you in. There will be much less availability in general so I apologise in advance! If I’ve already confirmed your booking for next year then you are still locked in 👍🏼

Too many bred - too many dead.

Greyhounds born into the dog racing industry are destined to be discarded by the dog racing industry.

These Greyhounds have been dumped at a NSW pound which is over-capacity and desperate for urgent help in moving some of their ‘critical’ impounded dogs due to limited space. These discarded Greyhounds add to the nationwide crisis of abandoned animals.

Is this responsible rehoming? Is this industry accountability?

Fizz is very sweet, no anxieties, loves a cuddle and the couch. Loves kids and playtime and is good with fences and car rides.

New guy!

This here is Fizz. How handsome is he ?! So smooth looking and those big brown eyes...🥰🥰

Fizz is a red fawn Greyhound of 4 years old.
He is a happy, social and bouncy boy who has finished his racing now and is searching for a forever home. His race name was Soda Fizz.

Fizz is fine with most other dogs but will not be able to be rehomed with cats. He can be intimidating with his approach to dogs, so meet and greets with your furry friends is a must.

He loves a good cuddle, loves playtime and affection and get this, he has a party trick!....instead of howling at sirens, he imitates them, making the same sound as a passing siren. It's hilarious.

His adoption fee is $395 and he will be desexed, chipped, vaccinated and have had a dental prior to adoption.
