Spring is finally here 🌸 and we are already booked out for the remainder of September . To avoid missing out on an appointment ask about booking your dog in for regular appointments.
When making an appointment for grooming, I will send a confirmation text 24-48 hours prior . I ask that you reply as soon as possible so I can offer that time to another client if you are u able to attend.
Appointments missed without notice will be required to pre pay before scheduling any future appointments
Pricing is determined on an individual basis , feel free to discuss prior to your appointment- all dogs are assessed before we start to provide the best possible groom .
Enjoy the sunshine with your wonderful puppy dogs and we look forward to seeing you all ⭐️

Little bit chilly , thankfully our salon has reverse cycle air conditioning and even warm towels all ready for your beautiful puppy dogs on days like this 🙂

Due to high demand this time of year , cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will be required to pay the full price of your groom before any future bookings . No shows have a strict no rebooking policy .
We thank you for your understanding in having to implement this policy, but feel it is necessary to continue to provide a high quality service for all of you and your puppy dogs , looking forward to seeing you all 🙂
