Dear Client's,

From tomorrow onwards I'll be implementing a new reschedule into when I'll be running the page 🐾

Normally I'll reply at any hour but now as a Mum I want to have the best family and work life balance for my family 🥰

I'll be available on this page Monday - Friday and won't be replying to enquiries over the weekend. Our online booking service will be available for your booking needs 24/7.

I also won't be answering enquiries while we are with clients this is to prevent accidental double bookings. Instead I'll sit down in the afternoon of the day (Monday - Friday) go through all enquiries and then close off to be with my family 💗

Dear Client's,

Due to reasons I've updated the reminder system for appointment reminders.

🐾 As usual a week prior first reminder will be sent via text with a link to confirm or reschedule request.

🐾 A secondary reminder that I use to send manually will now be sent automatically via email only a day prior to your appointment at 7am.

If you've confirmed your appointment via the text link I've managed to get the software to send this reminder regardless if already been confirmed or not.

As per our policy no confirmation or missed/no show appointments will result in full service fee to be paid on the day.

I'll go through over the weekend and if I haven't got your email on file I'll ask you for it for the secondary reminder 😊

Our thoughts with Memphis family after receiving the news of his passing Today 😢💔

Today we received the news that our sweet elderly client Buddy has passed 🥺💔

From scaring off other groomers and leaving a heard on him because he didn't want it shaved...to no longer needing a muzzle and loving his appointments ❤️ he definitely improved so much during his 3years with us.

He loved his cut up apples 🍎 throughout his grooms.

Our love to his family during this hard time.
