Hello Pet People
We have been really busy lately and it's been a joy to mind so many gorgeous pups. As the weather has been more friendly, we've enjoyed rolling in the grass, sitting by the fires, walking at sunrise.... ah it's been bliss.
As we now head quickly into the silly season, please make sure you start thinking about your pet minding needs.
We at Your Peace of Mind Pet Minding are not taking any further bookings for 2023, aside from those who have booked already.
If you require a pet minder, we have some excellent recommendations - please reach out and our team will put you in the right direction.
We will reopen our diary from 10th January 2024.

Loads of big cuddles and treats are in order

It's Cracker Night tomorrow night. While fireworks are a lot of fun for us humans, many of our pets find them terrifying. So, please make sure your fences and gates are safe and secure, but even better if you can keep your pets inside with you. Close the curtains, put on some music or the TV to mask the sound, and remember that treats and cuddles will make them feel much better and will not reinforce the fear. Treats and cuddles are always a good thing!

If you’re travelling with your pet in the car, please ensure they’re harnessed and have somewhere they can lay down (their bed is a good idea to pack). It’s likely there’ll be an abundance of vehicles about; please drive carefully and drive to arrive.

Another perfect weekend, another perfect pet minding - this time in Fern Tree. These magic puppies are very much family now, having minded them for quite some time. And there’s chickens 🥰
Miss Z and Master F have boundless energy and tire themselves out - huh! No! It’s been an absolute pleasure watching these puppies grow and oh they’re lovely.

The girls love their cuddles and my favourite time is hand feeding them.

In early January Loretta was recommended by a previous client to pet mind the epitome of “scaredy cat” in beautiful Sandy Bay. Miss R hid for a little while and then ventured out to investigate the new person in her abode. Miss R had a few moments of smooches, before remembering her scaredy cat stance! The sweetest little girl with big vocals.

A recent overnight pet mind in beautiful Primrose Sands with two sweetheart puppies. It was their first night ever without their humans and they did really well. I’m certain there were loads of smooches when their human’s returned.
