Hey lovelies,

I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who went out and brought me a present. I love all the cards and presents and I appreciate it. I will always be grateful and appreciative of all my clients. I do have to admit some of the cards did bring tears to my eyes. 🥰

I will definitely miss you all and your furry friends 😥 but I'm also looking forward to my new adventures 🥰😁

Dear all valued clients,

As you know, back in December, I made the hardest decision to finish up my business after 10 years. This decision didn't come lightly nor have the past few days.
From personal comments and well wishes from most have been so lovely to hear.
However, there have been several nasty comments online from other groomers and clients in person.
I have been yelled at and had my name slandered for my decision to close my business, which has impacted my well-being further.
It breaks my heart to be spoken about so poorly by the minority and to be verbally abused at my place of work for my decision.

Due to the mental strain this has been causing me, I will sadly be finishing up on Tuesday 13th Feb and not on Friday 16th Feb

I apologise for inconveniencing my clients who are due to seeing me. However, my personal well-being is more important.

I wish everyone and their fur babies all the best.

My last day of grooming will be the Friday 16th Feb - any clients that already have an appointment after the 16th Feb - I will still groom your furry friends on the days that they are booked in on.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to stop taking new bookings from the 31st Jan - if you want your furry friend booked in before I close please contact me sooner then later

If you already have an appointment at the end of Feb - I promise you won't lose that appointment. I will groom your furry friends on those days. But I have decided to close the business earlier than the 29th Feb - I will confirm the date once I have gone through my diary. I'll put another post up once I have a date worked out.

To all my lovely clients,

Thank you so much to everyone for all the support over the last 10 years. I know I have achieved a lot with the business and the business has grown - I have met so many beautiful people and fur babies..

I've been doing a lot of thinking about the business and my health, I hope you guys can understand that this has been the hardest / sad decision I have ever made in my life - I have decided to close the business permanently.

I'll be accepting bookings in January and February of 2024. Any clients that didn't get a booking before Christmas - will be in contact with you first. I'll be closing my doors on Thursday 29th February.

I know everyone will be in shock about this decision, it's not a decision I've made lightly.
Unfortunately I need to make some important changes in my life going towards. with over 15 years in this industry it's well overdue for me to take a different direction with new beginnings.

I'm thinking about setting up an EFTPOS type thing - just wondering if I did set it up - how many would actually use it ? Instead of bank transfer?

Just want to get your thoughts on it ?

Im still doing my research and working out which one is the best one and that :)
