Today I’m an Ozzie Bin chicken and have been dumpster diving for parts to fix my humidifiers. I cant take any credit for actually knowing what I’m doing but professor google has some great videos on repurposing computer power supplies and they really suit my needs! Anyway stay awesome and I will let you know how it all goes. Happy growing!

Blood Cancer. It sucks, Its quick if not diagnosed early and it is more common than you think. Not Mushroom related, but a cause close to my heart. Im shaving for a cure on the last day of term 1. (6th April) Please Get on board so that we can find a cure.

Hi All. Here is an update of what I have been up to for the last couple of months... Getting the shed ready! Looks like production is only about a month away so stay tuned for more!.PS Im pretty tired... but terribly excited about my next journey

Hi All. First skim coat of plastering completed. Coolroom getting serviced next week, plumbing will also be finished next week...now to design false ceilings, cabinetry and shelving...thank goodness I'm a proficient timber teacher! Will upload more photos tomorrow after procuring my laboratory shelving. Thank you all for liking and sharing my page !

It has been a while but things have started to move at a faster pace at the new digs. Plaster board up, tiles in lab down, coolroom floors painted. Just a "few" ...(LOL) things to do before production starts full scale. Big shout out and thanks to Jack Gilbert for giving up his Saturday to put up gyprock in the shed . You are awesome.

Lockdown has left me with bags of dried mushrooms. Each bag will make around 2 kilograms when reconstituted. These pink Djmors hold texture and colour and flavours when cooked.

Back in production again. It is still early days of my forever business. I have some fabulous medley boxes of blue, pink and white oyster mushrooms (200g). Whites are coming along nicely and will soon be available to customers that have been eagerly awaiting them. Within 3 months my production will have scaled up around 100 percent. Thank you to all those that have supported me on my journey.
