Big News !!!

West Tamar Fungi is moving and changing..

I've signed an agreement to lease 5/118-120 Invermay Road (the old Homebrew shop)

The move will happen over the next 2 months, in the meantime things will stay the same so you will see me at Harvest Launceston on Saturdays and you can still order through the website

As well as stocking all mushroom growing supplies and fresh mushrooms I will also stock quality Tasmanian produce and products, so if you are a small producer and want to get involved please DM me

Exciting times ahead...

In these uncertain economic times and with my impending divorce I have decided to make some exciting and big changes

What started as a hobby and something to take my mind off a stressful banking job has changed into something much bigger than I ever dreamed and my unique skillset seems perfect for Mycology

Firstly I have changed the business to a company and I will hopefully have more news to share in the next couple of weeks but let's just say things are about to become much bigger and hopefully better 🙂

Oops I forgot to fruit this Elm Oyster so it went ahead and fruited in the bag.

It has a slight resemblance to the delicious coral tooth due to the higher temps and low oxygen levels in the bag in our incubation room
