Hi Everyone, It has come to that time of year again (already!) that we will have our winter break. The Clinic will be closed from monday the 15th july until friday 26th. We are now getting around to everyone regarding any follow ups and medications their fur-family might need during this time to make sure they are all ok. Our supplies order will be put in by 1pm next Tuesday (9th) if you need something special. Have a lovely week and stay warm by the fire - or enjoy the frostyness 😃❄️

We’ve got a total power outage at present which means even our phones will not be working at all! We are hoping it will come back soon but reports are that it could last several hours!

With Easter just around the corner and most of us stocking up on the tasty treats we tend to indulge in we thought this could be a bit poignant. Remember that chocolate has a potentially toxic substance for dogs. The vast majority of chocolates that are consumed has very little of this in it and is more sugar. However it is wise to be aware and keeps chocolates away from anywhere that your dog could find or get to, just in case! We have on here a 22kg dog that ate 80g of each of those types of chocolate just so you see the differences.
It is always best to ask us or the night emergency if your dog has eaten a reasonable amount of chocolate.

Well it appears that we have managed to get both our phone lines and internet sorted and working properly again thanks to our helpful technicians. The delightful Telstra had basically made big errors in service updates & consequently took us out for days!
Our apologies to anyone who had trouble getting onto us during this time.

Hi Everyone and merry Christmas.
As most of you know we close for 2 weeks over Xmas. That means this friday the 22nd we will close at 1pm. We have tried to contact everyone we can think of who's pets have ongoing medical requirements. Anyone else who needs anything please contact us before this so we can help.

There will likely be phone disruptions this afternoon as Aurora do something with our power. Our phones & all our systems run off the power so unfortunately all get affected. If your having trouble & can’t leave a message you can email us & we can get the message once we have internet again.

We are closed for a break so that we can be refreshed and able to help all our furry friends & their humans for the longer term. Unfortunately locum vets & nurses are just not available to fill the gaps.
If you are desperate for some advice/assistance during this time we are trialling a special service for our registered clients only. Please call the number/s mentioned below which is VetCheck 24/7 for a triage nurse and if requested a vet Tele-consultation.

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let you all know with a little notice that we are going to be closed for 2 weeks in July so that we can recoup & recharge. Unfortunately with the current horrendous shortage of vets and nursing staff across the country there isn’t a way that we can get a locum to step in for this time.
We are currently going through our list of patients with ongoing medications & foods to be able to contact you directly prior so you can have enough.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding as we are all doing the best we can.
