Hi everyone,

Unfortunately our clinic will not be open again for quite some time. We lost a lot of medications, currently don’t have access to computers or phones. We don’t know when we’ll be accessible to our clients again but will endeavour to keep you all updated via this page.
In the meantime you can contact me directly, Morgan (vet nurse) on 0457167670 or Suzie (practice manager) on 0412711788. I don’t have fantastic service at home so texting me would be better.
There is a very small supply of food, a handful of medication that will mostly be donated, but if you contact me with your name and your pets name with your enquiry I might be able to help.
Please be patient with us - we understand how hard this is for everyone and please know we miss you all and are so saddened to not be there for you all in such a devastating time.

To all of our clients, due to the flooding we are unfortunately not going to be able to open the clinic tomorrow.
Hopefully we’ll be back on Tuesday but nonetheless as soon as we’re able to we’ll contact everyone that had their fur-kid booked in for surgery or any other appointments and get you rescheduled.

To all our wonderful clients, we'd just like to make you aware of something that's popped up over the past week.
We've had 3 patients that have become dreadfully sick with tick paralysis and have had to receive costly treatment due to their owners purchasing what they thought were genuine tick/flea collars online. We have been notified that these products are counterfeit and cannot ensure that they have the correct ingredients or anything at all for that matter. Some collars are coming from overseas where the registration for tick prevention states 8 months longevity, however, in Australia they are only registered for 4 months for paralysis ticks.
We can not stress this enough - if purchasing tick/flea collars online you must purchase them from a reputable source and ensure they are the genuine product rather than these knock-offs.

To put it very simply, your pets life depends on it.

Please don't hesitate to contact us directly for advice on where to purchase these products as we certainly do not expect you to buy directly from us - however we do hope you take into consideration that these genuine products will cost more than the fake ones but are definitely worth the price if they save your pet from suffering due to tick paralysis.

Hi guys!

August 1st is the official start of tick season (even though on the Northern Coast we do have ticks all year round).
We are concerned at the number of people who have not prepared their animals for the onslaught of TICK SEASON.
Tick treatment with anti-venom is extremely costly and every year people lose their precious fur-babies to tick paralysis and associated side effects i.e. pneumonia.
There are now very effective products for both cats and dogs which have helped create a significant decrease in hospitalised cases.
