😊 Barb booked online and stopped by this week to get her dog Minty groomed - he seems pretty happy about his bath and tidy 💕 She says thank you to all the well wishes for her new life and happy to see the old team and say hi to some familiar faces.
⚠️ If you have forward bookings for your pet grooming rest assured your bookings are still in place and the Team are transferring them into the digital diary so they don't get lost. Call up if you need to check! Also it's super important that you keep an eye on due dates coming up as some phone numbers may have been transcribed incorrectly from handwritten cards to online database! That means some reminders may go astray 🙄 Please check your dates and call if you've been expecting a reminder but not got one so we can fix any errors. 🤗 Looking forward to your next groom at Alphapet Boronia 🐕🐩😺

Here Is the news: Barbara has had Boronia Dog Grooming/ Boronia Pets up for sale the last few months. We are now finalising the sale with a grooming group and are delighted to announce the Dog Grooming will be continuing as-is Tues-Sat from 1st August and Adam, cat & dog groomer, is available for cats on Mondays from 1 August so give us a call - spaces available!.
Barb may be visible now and then during a transition period but the regular crew plus some new faces will be there to take care of your dogs and cats. An online booking system will be introduced soon along with some other beneficial changes but that will be announced when it's ready. Barb will be setting up a very reduced 1-2 days only cat grooming service elsewhere after a short break. Follow her on Facebook fantasticatscatgrooming for updates. She'll be in touch with those people who made forward bookings with her but if you can't get in, you're anew client or Boronia is more convenient for you then Adam will be happy to groom any cats wanting to book in. A few of our recent clients after grooming 💕 just a request- if you can't make your booking please let us know as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees! Put the booking in your phone calendar or your diary so you don't forget - if you wait for our reminder message (we are not automated - sometimes we don't get time to send them) to tell us you're away or have other business booked at that time, it makes scheduling staff and dogs quite difficult so the more notice we get the better 🤗 thanks 🙏
