The gorgeous 17 year old Pepper 🐈‍⬛ the cat in for her Initial osteopathic treatment for her sore neck and arthritic shoulders. 🐱 I had been warned by the owner that she may be very reactive to handling with biting and hissing… but Pepper loved her osteopathy session! Look forward to seeing her and her owner in Hampton again 💕 🙌🏻

Across Australia, RSPCA receives over 56,000 reports of animal cruelty each year. That's why I am running 56km between the 18-31st October.

The funds raised will go to The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA). The funds go directly to the state in Australia I’m from (Victoria) and will be used to help care for, treat, protect and rehome animals across the state.

The RSPCA not only serve animals in need, but also owners who require guidance and support. The programs tackle animal education and assistance in relation to domestic violence, aged care, homelessness, mental health, and more.

Each kilometre brings us closer to a future where all animals can experience safety and love.

Treating gorgeous ‘Rocky’ at for his spine issues today 💕 🐶 👩🏻‍⚕️🙌🏻 He has a lack of extension in his cervical spine and weakness in his hind legs which contributes to his low back pain. Using osteopathy we aim to equally balance and align the spine to allow ease of spinal movement 🦴

A wonderful morning spent at watching my oldest client, Hershey (17.3 year old), having hydrotherapy. 🐶 Hershey normally doesn’t like water but is very happy here in the 28deg warm water just above his knees! ☺️ 💦
I cannot recommend hydrotherapy highly enough. It is brilliant for all dogs from exercise rehabilitation to helping senior dogs live healthier and longer. ❤️🐶

Very excited to offer Vet Laser (Class 3B) for my animal clients in combination with osteopathy. 🐶 🐱
I have found laser to be extremely effective on acute ligament sprains and muscle strains. If a dog is too sore to touch, vet laser has been extremely effective to reduce inflammation and speed up healing. Take a look how low level cold laser can help your pet —->

Treating, the handsome, 18month old ‘Sake’ today. He is another favourite of mine. 🐩 Look at his beautiful white coat! I am treating him for his lower back issues. He is a very active pup and tends to get very tight through his back, hips and base of tail to the point he starts to bite it and runs around in circles. Now he’s a lot better he gets a treatment once every 3 months which includes muscle massage, pelvis and sacral release, tail articulation and occasional laser. 💕

Looking back at treating animals in India 🇮🇳 with Osteopathy 👩🏻‍⚕️🙌🏻🐕 with Animal Aid India
During my time there I was able to assist vets and treat animals that had been hit by vehicles causing lameness and in many cases, paralysis. The dogs would be treated daily and exercised with hydrotherapy 💧 I loved my time there 💕🐕

Working at East West Veterinary Group is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. 🌸

To be treating animals alongside amazing vets and vet nurses that are pro treating musculo-sketetal animal issues initially from an osteopathic approach, instead of going straight into surgery, is such an amazing gift.

Animals respond so well to osteopathy and I am so glad I can do this as a career.🐶

Treating the gorgeous ‘Leo’. He was a bit timid at first with his Osteo treatment.. now look at him! 🙌🏻 🐶 I’ve been treating his left shoulder and neck for foreleg lameness which is now much improved. He’s finally getting back to his previous 30 minute walking time without limping 😊

The gorgeous ‘Ziggy’ being treated using osteopathy. Zig responds well to more functional techniques. Observations include a deviated tongue to the left due an fascial pull from from her left shoulder and possibly viscerally. A very interesting canine to treat and one of my favourites💗 🐶
