Here is Fergus responding beautifully to foster Mum Tanya’s ‘come’ and ‘wait’ hand signals - and of course a yummy reward to seal the deal ❤️❤️
⭐️ Our first adoption update of 2020⭐️
Beautiful Maxie was adopted by her lovely Mum and Dad Mick and Karyn in August 2013 when their little girl was surrendered to us from a breeding establishment.
Maxie had the classic behaviour of a breeding mother that had never lived in
a home environment and had never been shown love or been a valued member of a family. But that’s exactly what Maxie became and she also gained a beautiful brother, Jak who taught her about every day things and how great life could be. Sadly Jak has since crossed over the rainbow bridge but Mick and Karyn knew how important it was for little Maxie to have a canine buddy so 2 years ago they adopted another little rescue, Timmy.
Here is the gorgeous video Karyn has sent us along with a little update.
Ir is SO precious to see these little poppets and how they are just loving life. ❤️🐶❤️🐶
Maxie was adopted from Noah’s Bark 6yrs ago. She came from a breeding establishment so had not experienced human love or ever walked on grass.
This video makes me so happy to see how far she has come and the excitement of going for a walk. She is still very reserved around strangers but is so animated when it is walkies time. Her brother Timmy, also adopted - when his human passed away 2 yrs ago, has certainly added to her spark.
Thanks Noah’s Bark for all you do. We adore our fur babies and hope to have them for many more years to come.
Love, Karyn x
This was THE most special moment - when our scared little Barkley who wouldn’t even give us eye contact a week ago, came up to foster Mum Tanya for a head scratch 💜💜
Their first tug of war game together - priceless 💜💜
This is just too cute not to share.
After 4 days of pestering Lenny to play - Suki had a win - he gave in to her repeated attempts to get him to play - and it was ON
😍😍😍
CAN YOU MAKE PERRI’S DREAM COME TRUE
Our handsome boy Perri is still waiting for his forever home.
Perri came to us over 12mths, morbidly obese, partially because of his hypothyroidism. Jo his amazing foster carer has worked wonders with our boy and he has lost 10kg, is now a trim 23kg, has an eagerness and zest for life that is just such a beautiful thing to see and all he needs now to complete his perfect world is to find his forever family.
Perri will continue his 6 monthly vet checks and remain on his 2 tablets a day medication but his condition is stable and certainly isn’t hindering him loving life to the fullest.
If you think you could give our boy his biggest wish of all, check out his profile on pet rescue

His foster Mum has sent us this lovely video of her foster boy - we’re sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do ❤️❤️
Jess and her best buddy Eddie just chilling in the sunshine 💕💕💕
Couldn’t not post this video and show what a clever boy our Franklin is 💜💜💜
Perri is turning out to be a real water babe - what better way to cool off in this weather
than a lovely swim 😃
Thanks foster Mum Jo for sharing this heart warming video with us 💜
Remember our beautiful Jacoba who came to Noah’s Bark an extremely traumatised girl from a breeding establishment - who spent 12 months with her amazing foster carer Tanya who, through her patience, love and rehabilitation, helped prepare Jacoba for the most important journey - finding her perfect forever home. Thanks to Caroline, Shawn and their beautiful lab Church, Jacoba is living that dream. Our girl has certainly been a ‘work in progress’ but with the dedication of her new family and her best buddy Church, she literally has came on in leaps and bounds. So when Caroline sent us this amazing video of Jacoba having a ball in the pool, we just had to share.
Never give up is the motto of this story - and Jacoba is proof of that - such an amazing transformation 🐾🐶🐾💜💜
Here are a few words from Mum Caroline
Thought I'd send you guys a video of 'Miss July' in the Noah's Bark calendar, enjoying a relaxing afternoon in and around the pool on a hot summer's day. Jacoba loves getting in turning around on her bottom, then getting out to sniff around the garden and repeating the process throughout the day.
Chloe our gorgeous pug x was adopted by first time foster carers James and his partner Roxy in February this year. They already had a sweet little pug Zara and when I rang them and asked if they could foster Chloe who had just been released from a breeding establishment they eagerly said ‘yes ‘
10mths down the track and the timid soul that arrived into Noah’s Bark has now transformed into a confident little girl loving life to the fullest.
Here is a video that James sent to us recently of Chloe and her family - just beautiful - THIS is why we do what we do 💜🐾🐶🐾🐶🐾💜

Just had to share this beautiful video. Ramona who is taking centre stage on the beach was adopted by her lovely Mum Mary along with her best buddy Jamie in September 2015. Mary has also recently adopted another rescue boy Sam and all three get on famously. As you can see they're living the dream.
Thank you Mary for being such a marvellous rescue Mum
