Did you know....

A Council may declare an area of land within its authority a Cat Prohibited Area under the Cat Management Act 2009. Once a Cat Prohibited Area comes into force, any cat found within the prohibited area may legally be subject to cat management measures by authorised persons.

Many local government and state reserves have been declared Cat Prohibited Areas, as well as land subject to a conservation covenant. You can check with your local council for any declared areas in your region.

Major changes to the Tasmanian Cat Management Legislation comes in from 1 March 2022.
All cats over 4 months old must be desexed and microchipped.
We support responsible cat ownership, which includes desexing and keeping kitty indoors or in a safe and secure enclosure.😃

Easy access tunnel from cat flap in window to existing cat enclosure. Saves having to carry kitty from house to catio and much more secure.😊😺
