Hi everyone,

Please see below the opening hours over Christmas and New Years for our Monash and Karabar clinics, respectively. The Karabar clinic will be closed until further notice, with the Monash clinic resuming normal opening hours 8am-6pm from Thursday 4th January 2024.

If your pet is needing more medication before the new year, please call the Monash clinic on 6292 4569 as soon as possible so we can ensure you have enough supply and organise a check up if needed.

Hi everyone,

We thank you for your continued support for both our Monash and Karabar clinics. We are excited to announce that beginning the 1st of May 2023, we are extending our opening hours for the Monash Clinic for new and current clients.

We will be here for you and your pets Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm.

Please note that renovations for our Karabar clinic are underway, and we will let all our clients know when we have a date for reopening Karabar. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you over there soon.

If you would like to book an appointment at our Monash clinic in the meantime, please give us a call at 02 6292 4569.

Our Monash clinic has all client’s details, to enable us to see you there. Steven will be working from Monash, so only the venue has changed.

Hi, I’m Willow, a 2.5year old fun loving, energetic female Staffy X, looking for my ‘forever’ home.

•Single dog household only, please.
•Inside home, with access to a secure backyard with high fences.
•Loves playing in the garden, but also just as happy to laze around in the sun, or cuddle up on the couch indoors.
•Loves people, but no children experience.
•Has attended dog training, and able to follow simple instructions.
•Treat motivated.
•Fully crate trained, and happy to use it.

‘The Gables’ turned 30 today…

……seems like yesterday when Marc and I opened the doors to our brand new business back in 1992, with a 23 month old Luke, and 6 day old Briony in tow.
A massive thank you to all our fabulous clients, and all our amazing vets and vet nurses, who collectively have ‘branded’ our practice as ‘the best’ 💖 x

I can’t publicise the skill and expertise we have at The Gables… we’ve basically closed our books to clients that are turned away from their own vets, except in emergencies..

After 8 long weeks of NBN issues we now have our phone system back to normal!!

A huge thank you to the vet nurses for going above and beyond in making our clinic function as near normal as possible during this time, with their expertise in juggling everything!

This beautiful little Cockatiel was brought into our Monash Clinic on Saturday....
Luckily after advertising on various Lost & Found sites, to no avail, one fabulous potential new owner ‘Alix’ has now become a first-class home for this wee soul.... Thank-you Alix... from your photos she has settled right in ‘at home!!’ 💓

I would just like to bring to your attention a lovely family business Marc and I came across on Saturday, at the Curtin shops. A pop up
’outdoor shop’ for the day.
Handing out 1/2 a dozen free ‘happy hen eggs!’
Super welfare conditions... 125 hens per hectare... none of a supermarket’s ‘free range’ density eggs of 10,000 hens per hectare.
And when ‘laying’
volume declines, ALL chickens are rehomed!!!
Have a look at their website, and support a business with hen welfare a priority.

So fabulous to receive this from Tara this Friday evening, after a massively busy, and full on week, at both clinics.
We ❤️ our ‘Gables’ clients... simply the best...

Good evening, I would just like to mention how absolutely amazing the team at Gables are. Our boy Cody was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. Mark removed Cody’s tumour and monitored his progress over a week. Cody had his final scans yesterday and he is officially cancer free. I cannot thank Mark, Jayden, Kenya and the rest of the team enough for saving our boys life. We are forever greatful!
