Hi everyone,
due to changes, we will only working every 3rd Saturday of the month,
However we will be going back to 7:30am-2pm Monday -Friday,

We are happy to take on new clients South of the river only.

We are in the midst of setting up a new booking system so it is easier for everyone to pre book,

Please note-
Cancellation fees will now apply if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment,
A fee will also apply to not being available for booked appointments after confirming confirmation message sent the day prior of appointment

If you have an aggressive dog we are happy to still groom them but we appreciate you informing us at time of booking

Also there will be added fee for this after being bitten again today and owner admitting groomers won’t come coz she told them the dog was aggressive , I would just like very much to be prepared next time
